Unsatisfied customer service.

First visit, The manager Tyagi was sitting idle in front of line up but she did nt ready to come on counter to help and to provide proper information. They suggested me to call customer service but they said you need to visit to branch.

Second visit on the same day, went with all required docs but still she wanted to book an appointment bcs it was strdy.

After week, third visit-She told to her colloquies to book appointment for me again even they just need 2 minutes to call fraud department.

Finally, fourth visit, Mrs. Grewal help me out.

I would rather empty my tank and drive to another BMO than ever stepping foot in this place again. The energy of the staff is not for me. I have never been in a BMO with such unprofessional, disagreeable people. 0 stars is a more accurate rating.

I am really satisfied with the service provided by BMO Branch Manager Vipin Tyagi Ji. Besides this the other supporting staff members are always welcome every customers like me to take care of our solutions.

I highly recommended this Branch at Goreway Drive. This Branch deserves 110/100.

I opened a business account, and i am getting to conclusions to close it and move on to another bank. Very poor service. Suppose to be business friendly but it's not. All my line of credit and business credit was declined and took over 1 month to fix it. Now I wanted to withdraw money from other branch and I am told my main branch didn't post my signiture into system so I they can't give money.so main branch need to fax my signiture.any way no fax after an hour and finally branch let me withdraw by checking other ID. I am easy going person but bottom of line tired of BMO

Lack of customer service, having your employees laugh and mock your customers, smerking saying well pay what you owe.

When we have been to this location over 3 times on saturday, trying to close an account only to be told monday morning they will take care of it.

To be fallen into a vicious cycle, to keep coming in paying "an over draft fee" over an account that was told be closed. Has had ZERO ACTIVITY, in terms of it being in use.

The fact that your cashier / attendee had the audacity to mock and smerk and laugh saying this how accounts work so close the account after telling her numerous times we have been here regarding this SAME ISSUE.

Will be calling head office regarding your employee who thought it was funny to have a smart remark, saying pay what you owe then.not realizing the history already and seeing we paid the over draft fee to an account that has had zero activity.

I am glad that me and wife was able to meet with Mr Charnish Kumar. He is very polite, patient and easy to communicate with. He explained things to us from the basics and helped us to choose the right product based on our needs. We will definitely consult Charnish for our future needs.

The service is extraordinary, the Manager Vipin gives a full freedom to ask any kind of doubts about the bank or account and Charnish is absolutely fabulous in making the customer satisfied about the service. BMO is providing the best service. BMO is the best bank in CANADA.

Branch manager Mr. Vipin Tayagi doesn’t know anything about customer service. He didn’t even offer to have a seat. I was standing up for at least 10 min.in his cabin. He was rude.

This team is lost. I got written approval from BMO corporate to deposit a US business cheque and this team spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to figure out what to do. Just very frustrating for no reason. They are very kind but do not respect the clients time.

I opened online account for 300 cash welcome.bit the person who open the account provide wrong information and I stuck my money with this bank 6 month and when visii this branch they told charge for closing account. Bank has authority to wave charge but the manager Harpreet did not wave she told me you have to pay I, saw worst customer experience. I suggest to use TD RBC even CIBC best bank. Never open on BMO it has worst customer service.because RBC, CIBC they have same policy to close the account but their manager are nice they can waive your payment. I had good experiences with branch at Westwood Malton RBC, CIBc
I preferred other banks except BMO

Great Service but one thing is notably lacking at this branch. They need a receptionist. Clients come in confused about who to approach for Service and if they have a meeting with a specialist, they have to line up to enquire with the counter staff. This wastes the client’s valuable time.

What I don’t like about these big bank corporations is that they make these excessive profits, cut staff, and make other staff perform double the duties. Why does this BMO branch deny someone the exclusive job of being a receptionist? Benefits of having a receptionist: better optics, superior customer service, classier image, job creation.

Anyway. This branch gets a huge thumbs down for this heartless approach to obtaining and maintaining larger profit margins.

This branch is a very disrespectful and there is a rude lady I had a very bad experience with her. Name Jaspreet and there is one guy name sagar thakker don't no how to speek with clients.shows attitude to the clients woww thats soo bad?

Been with this location for 28 years and never had any issues. Wish they were open on Sunday though but otherwise short lines and wait times Rule 100% over everything else. Customers time is valuable too.

Sagar one of the worst Bank teller I ever encountered, got zero respect and yells when I requested him remove his mask as I read lips due to A disability.
Absolutely one of the worst location to go to if you are a person with disability.

WORST BANK!
May 7,2020, I was at the branch for 5K withdraw and I got a BRUSH OFFFF from the staff and manager. SERIOUSLY! SADDLY STAFF WERE UNPROFESSIONAL AND "0" SYMPATHY.
During COVID-19 I was only allowed to withdraw 3K and was told to go to another BMO branch for the 2K (another 30-45min line).

Lucky me, I also bank with CIBC)
so I drove to CIBC 1 block away.
Guess what! CIBC has the same rule of 3K
staff were able to withdraw the 3K from my CIBC ACC and increased my delay debit card limit to 2k so I can have the difference from the ATM.however the ATM machine did not the $100 bills available, so the cashier did another withdraw from my account)

PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH A BANK THAT DOES NOT CARE, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU NEED YOUR OWN MONEY FROM A CHEQUING ACC. AMAGIN A LOAN PMT OR BMO COLLECTION CALLING YOU TO COLLECT

Most unprofessional staff. They waste my two hours without no reason. Need to get more training and learn to help your customer in their first visit, don’t waste their time by telling them to book for next time and also they always have staff shortage need to fix this issue.terrible experience

Most Unprofessional Bank

I had booked an appointment and when i reached at the bank, they simply said "oh come back later, system is down".
least you could do is apologize for wasting my time and not even giving me a heads up call.and also, i was told that they will give me a call later to book an another appointment, which till date i haven't got any calls from them.

Terrible service, have been going to this location for the past year every week and they had the audacity to hold my cheques for no reason. Anthony does not know how to deal with people and ruined my experience that I had at this branch. I would avoid going to this location and go to the Albion Mall location instead.

The worst experience ever! Branch manager even worst. Wrong wrong mistake to stop by here. Bunch of people with no sense of customer service and trust. Try them yourself and leave reviews! That’s all we can do to these people.

The tellers at this location can't understand the English language and that's not to be debated.the higher ups end up having to do the tellers work because they lack basic understanding of their job

This branch is doing a disservice to the other BMO banks. I use BMO because of their great customer service and great tellers. I have been a long time BMO customer and I went to this branch for a simple transaction because I was in the area. From the start, the teller was rude and had an attitude with me. I have never had an experience like this at BMO and I will not be back to this branch again.
