The worst location possible.please do not come here its not worth it. Very disrespectful staff and horrible customer service. You people should be ashamed of yourselfs to have this location managed this way.

New review Monday October 5 2020. I attended in person teller banking today on behalf of my elderly mother. The service I received from the teller Cindy was not a positive customer service experience. I was not treated properly. This customer experience is not a good result of the service I have received in the past.

Sophie is always wonderful when we visit. She makes sure that we are taken care of when we come in to do our business banking.

Such an amazing branch, this is the best BMO branch in the GTA, the staff are so professional and respectful in regards to helping their customers. 100% recommend doing business with them.

Gary Is one in a million. I have had Gary wait for me to get home from work to discuss mortgage renewals, sign papers, etc. The man knows customer service, go’s Above and Beyond the call of duty and he should train others.

If a full service investment advisor is what you are looking for then Brad (BMO Nesbit) at Bloor and Euclid branch is you man. He is extremely knowledgeable. He really really knows his stuff.

The only complaint I have are the bank machines. I would prefer the notes come out all facing in one direction. Perhaps adding another machine?

Nice staff but they have no autonomy and can’t help you. Had an issue with my account and instead of contacting me the branch just returned the payment and changed me a $48 fee despite my covering the amount the next day. Have had an account here for over 30 years, my first bank account and I am now in the process of changing banks. Great customer retention!

Myself and my family have been longtime customers at this BMO branch and the services provided have always been exceptional.

I give this place lots of ratings James barros the branch manager really helped us a lot he did a lot more than any other bank person had done for me and he really took the time to make everything right. I give this branch 5 star rating

We have been long term banking customers for both personal and commercial purposes at this branch. We are always helped promptly and in very pleasant manner by all the staff.
We would like to highlight Tony Varano, whom we followed from another branch because of his accommodation of us with any of our concerns and his excellent customer service. We have confidence in his handling of all of our affairs.
