Totally rubbish service by the staff and the manager. I wanted to talk to the manager but she did not even hear me. Better a normal guy should be there instead of her if she doesnt want to lister to their customers.

I have never been disappointed as much as BMO disappointed me today. I made a purchase online, and within minutes, I figured out it's a scam. I called my bank. My bank that i should rely on. The bank that my family trusted since 2006. That same bank tells me that wait and let them take the money out than call us, back and report the fraud. I am like, but I am calling you right now, telling you they are scam. Stop this transaction. The agent said. You are responsible for that transaction. You should have been smart enough not to make that purchase. The other one said, I will tell you in a very respectful way that we, cannot do anything for you. " So what what is the point of putting our money into the bank? When banks can not even protect you from fraud. If it's all me, if it is, my responsibility is to keep my money safe rather than I would rather keep it with me in my house. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

After many interactions with different BMO branches, the 20 Brisdale BMO branch is by far the most accommodating, all staff that I’ve dealt with has been great, Sabrina in particular goes above and beyond to meet all customer needs.

I had booked an appointment on Friday evening 5-6, after waiting for 25 mins i decided to leave.
Appointment was for opening new account, i could see how the actual banking experience would be.they do not care about your time.i recommend to Stay away.they have time to chit chat but not for customers.

Pathetic staff, nobody care how many times you call or send emails they will simply not bothered to respond you. It’s hell difficult to get an appointment.

Worst bank ever! Our business appointment for cancelled thrice thus far.today - well our staff is sick and away and we don’t know what work he may have done on your account and I don’t know.so it’s better to reschedule… like.am I doing business with your specific staff or BMO?

Don't bank with BMO (this branch in particular) Had teller say my money was fake with no explanation. Had 480 dollars in fees because I used PayPal to purchase items online. Worst decision my parents set me up with of my life.

No one ever answers the phone tried to call in to male an appointment after wasting 30 minutes trying to get threw had to drive in and male an appointment in person such an inconvenience qhats the point of having a phone service if your not.going to even try and answer and say we will be with you shortly.

I have my BMO Mastercard. Online banking refused to let me login. I went to my branch at 20 Brisdale Dr. Brampton. They cannot reset my password. They cannot call the customer service. And Waiting time on phone is over 4 hours. YES! It right. Over 4 hours. One day I waited over 3 hours and call was disconnected. So here I am. Branch cannot help me and there is nobody in the call center. What should I do? There is no business in the world, who have wait time in hours. I am stuck for last 3 months. Nobody is helping me. I will NOT recommend anyone to open any account with BMO. I do not know what to do. I have accounts 4 banks and if there is any issue, branch is responsible to take of that issue. BMO is the only bank who does not care walk in customers and do not pick up the phone.

I normally don't do reviews but I had a very uncomfortable experience at this branch. I have been with bmo for several years I have a personal and a business account along with credit cards and line of credit. I visited this branch Friday morning and noticed that one of the teller was racially profiling customers. She would ask black customers to remove there mask so she can verify that they say who they are and not white customers. Shameful! I will consider taking my business elsewhere.

Got a appointment for today at 11 am at this branch. I was at the Brisdale branch sharp at 11 am. At 11: 05 am, I was told by the bank Teller that the Financial Advisor has moved to another location. Funny. This bank don't value customer time. Spoke to Assistant Manager and she was rude. On top she told me to open account online. I booked this appointment 1 week back and got a confirmation by email for the appointment. Will never give business to this branch as they don't value customer time and don't respect appointment given to a customer.

Very inconvenient for local businesses and with the service they provide, consistently keep your money on hold for no reason even when providing drafts and receipts.

Poor service. They close in early and don't let anyone in. Guys be there at 6: 55 or they don't let you in!
