Can't be bothered to return calls. Left messages 3 days in a row with promise they'd call me by end of day. Never happened.

Would give zero stars if I could! Worst experience with Sam Scandinavo. This is a man whom you are to trust with your investments and he cannot even behave in a positive way with upset clients. He should be removed from his position immediately. Hours are terrible, and they are blaming it on the pandemic. Doug Ford has not set a limit of what times banks can be open. There is not a curfew. Heaven forbid you actually want to withdraw your own money.oh wait you have between 10am and 4 pm.while the rest of us are at work.right, got it.check.

Hours are terrible and they are not organized. Imagine telling a customer they are approved for a loan and asking them to send all the pertinent information, including going to HR over and over again only to hear after a month has passed that you have been declined. Seriously, if you are considering banking go to another branch or even another bank provider as they really do not care about their customers it seems. I even had to go in office to sign forms BEFORE I was told I was declined, IN A PANDEMIC.

Hours are 10-4 Monday to Friday. They
are Closed before your start work, closed before you end work. Don't bother coming on your lunch break. The cashiers move like snails. Spent a half and hour just to get some change. Rediculous! Hopefully they will be more customer centric soon.

The worst
We are waiting long time and the cashier talking with her friend. Unacceptable! As minimum she must talk outside or some where.
And they are asking me to open saving account!

Bank Manager is friendly and approachable. The tellers are all very friendly and are knowledgeable and helpful.

Very difficult to get a hold of! Terrible customer service system for online/calling inquiries.
