Very disappointed with the way BMO provides service to customers. Specifically, survivor support takes forever.

Same they are very slow and always under staff. When I can see 3-4 that the branch manager and others staff in departments that can be taught to do the basic things for help out the tellers. It’s the management fault not the tellers the are working to the best of their ability. Need to staff better during peek hours to be more efficient.

I was the only person in line and the tellers were all having conversations that lasted about 10 mins. I left shortly after.

Worst Banking Experience. The Personal Banker Mr. Ali Jindani was very lazy and least interested in the meet. He couldn't provide information nor did he put proper details while account opening due to which I faced lot of problems. This branch is not recommended.

I saw the reviews before coming and thought it shouldn’t be that bad, but its bad! I can’t believe how long the line got! They only had two staff working and its the 1st of the Month!

My experience with BMO is really awesome. Very good customer service. Exceptional services I appreciate all the staff and look forward to many years banking with BMO.

I have never had such horrible experience in a bank. There was 4 tellers and not one had a customer. I was the fourth customer in line and I waited 25 minutes to get to a teller.
This happens all the time at this branch.

I have a great experience going to this bmo branch because of the quality in experience and knowledge from the assistant manager Allysa. I recommend trying to do any type of banking with allsya before anyone else you will not be disappointed.

In todays world you will find that most peoople will take the time to write a letter of complaint about a company when they feel they have not had their expectations met. This is just the opposite. If you need to deal with this branch make sure you deal with Ms. Arapura. I found her to be excellent with communication and resolving issues. She understands the needs of the customer and the proper fit of BMO products to resolve an issue. You know you have an amazing client/company relationship when the agent of a company makes things happen, resolves issues, listens to understand clearly, and most important to me - keeps their word for followup communication for every reason. Its amazing to find this caliber of a compassionate corporate employee. BMO - thank your stars you have this person on your front line staff. Kudos!

Very very bad customer service (the teller wasn't aware of what was our need) and hopefully they keep someone in the front with banking knowledge.

This is absolutely the most Horrible location in history of any Banks I have dealt with.
I have emailed, called someone directly left a message and called the main line and not one person has gotten back to me. This is my 2nd time giving them a bad review! I will be moving my money ASAP! Why is this place even open?

I been with this branch for along time. Unfortunately, the service of this branch went downhill because of the high rate of turnaround of the branch Managers and staff. The current branch manager Melisa needs to learn empathy and listen to the customer's issue. She needs get to know their loyal customers rather than treating them just like numbers.

I feel like the advisors here are in a rush to get me out of their office. The appointments feels transactional. I met with an advisor who constantly kept checking her phone during the appointment which was so unprofessional. She wasn’t even courteous to ask how I was doing or make any small talk. TD is a thousand times better when it comes to customer service, so I’ll be keeping my banking and investments there.
