Super impressed with the service at this branch. I always get prompt and personalized advice tailored tomy financial needs and goals. Everyome I’ve interacted with at the banch has been very kind and helpful, and any questions or concerns I had were always thoroughly discussed so I left with the information I needed. Highly recommend this bank.

Very disappointed with our mortgage refinancing experience with BMO, the bank of the Canadian military. Extended and prolonged closure cost us additional expenses in interest charges at an open rate and any request for compensation from the manager was ignored. Additional costs such as back-office fees and other fees were not explained to us and reduced our expected return from the refinancing. The manager also made unusual requests for us to send extremely private information over the internet due to the inconvenience of the bank being closed for renovations. Will seriously reconsider doing business with the bank of the military in the future.

We to return three maybe four times to consolidate a mortgage. The mortgage manager knew her stuff that was a great experience. The tellers were great. Hit and miss quality of service.

Very friendly staff at the front and in the offices happy they’re open Saturdays and saves the trip to Barrie since I’m in town

I thought I'd ignore the reviews and try this branch for my self. Aside from the nice teller this has to be the most useless branch of BMO I've ever walked into. I'd give a zero star if possible.

They seriously dropped the ball for me and my family. When the closing date of our new house came, BMO did not transfer the funds to our lawyers on time. Therefore we couldn't get keys to the house, the sellers couldn't buy their new house, both parties were scrambling for places to sleep during the weekend while this branch was closed. This branch created a bad experience for us as first time home buyers, the lawyers, the realtors, and the sellers. No worse way to royally screw the pooch.

My recent call to Alliston branch about my concern with my investment information was excellent, the new staff is well trained and caring. Melissa is great! She helped me with all my concerns even tho it was over the phone. Will recommend this branch to visit.

Was in 27 May 21 and dealt with Melissa. She was very helpful and assisted with opening new credit card and conducting a balance transfer. Very polite and no issues as some of the other reviews state. All was done quickly and professionally, and I’m pretty sure she was smiling behind her mask.

This BMO branch has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff are rude and abrasive. The wait times are so bad that I dread going to this branch and sometimes drive to Barrie just to mitigate my frustration. I hate going here and only do so to make a payment for another person. I will never give BMO any more business than absolutely necessary.

Don't come in if u have any questions. The front desk here would tell u to call someone else. Every singal time. She just lazy af.

The most unprofessional location I've ever experienced.bank tellers refusing to do their job by opening an account for a current client. Accusing someone in uniform in front of other clients of fraudulent activity, and later refusing me to speak to the manager over both matters. The simple way how this branch treats there clients is horrible and needs to be resolved immediately.

You have to pre order any cash over 2500. Very inconvenient. Teller was rude when I said other bmo banks never had too. She told me to go back to that bank. That I will.

Your not worth their time, especially if your not a typical BMO customer. Wanted to open a business account but wasn’t given any information nor any feel of acceptance

The staff here are great and knowledgeable, so polite and friendly. I recommend this bank to everyone.
