Visited this location today. Waited an hour for a teller! Maybe time to switch banks because based on previous numerous reviews I see no difference.

During withdrawing cashes, the atm machine told me out of various kinds of limits without telling me what those limits are.there is no receipt.i completd the job at nearby td atm in 1 minute with printed receipt.

Unacceptable long wait time to see a teller. When your branch is open only until 5 pm on most days, how does one visit the branch during the workday?

Horrible experience. Long story short the staff took over 2 hours and were not even able to resolve our issues without the help of our own private BMO rep. Reading other reviews here I’m not very surprised by the 2 star rating.

TD Bank user and have been for over a decade. 0 complaints Whatsoever.

This Branch has a typical east end feel to it. Iykyk. This multiplied X100 after meeting the guy who was responsible for my appointment. His legs were shaking. Was wearing a jacket inside.and his advice was pretty much “its up to you”
I dunno what he does outside of work but he definitely isn’t the guy that should be working at a bank.

After telling me what i came for would get done by the next week. I was left without anything done. No answer after calling. And only an answer after personally coming into the branch again
And asking a coworker to contact him

Then he says that all the information i gave him needs to be resubmitted and all the paperwork i did was for nothing and id have to do it again.

Rude and discriminatory staff especially the Asian teller. We came in at 3: 40pm on February 16th. Will just take our business elsewhere.

I know this is a late review.
I have no idea what happened to this bank, but I'm closing whatever is left and closing the account.
Worst customer service ever.
At least from this branch.
I was in the middle of retiring and wanted things set up for it.
No one called me back after a week, so I called again. Another week goes by and I get the same result.
I called the branch to complain and the person said that someone will contact me as soon as possible.
Three days later and it was the person that deals with support for BMO.
At this point I said this is not a support problem, this is a problem with your staff no returning calls, especially when it's very important matters.
I also said, thanks for wasting my time and after twenty-five years of dealing with BMO, this is totally uncalled for and extremely unprofessional.
BMO's lack of caring just put things to a new perspective for me. So I dealt with another bank institution and they were more than happy to help and have my business.
If there was a 0 rating, I would give it that.
I'm just giving my opinion, from my experience and I won't be dealing with BMO ever again.

Worst ever branch, i have to waite for 1 hours the staff was trying to solve an issue related to my credit card reset pin and at the end she said it should work, i have to come back to the branch to fix it.only two staff working and there is 6 working desk available.t

Very nice atmosphere at the branch. Jenifar is very professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions very politely. I have been BMO client for very long time. Jenifar is the best when it comes to customer services. I am giving 5 star out of 5 to BMO branch thnx to Jenifar.

I’ve been coming here for over 4 years. Ow and been getting the same attitude and rudeness from Mai since day one. Today I had the last straw when she literally threw my change at me didn’t apologize for the wait time and didn’t say thank you. Whoever manages her needs to let her know about customer service etiquette or retrain her. Ridiculous.

First off I love the staff at my home branch but since a new manager took over I shouldn't have to wait over 30 mins to be served. I literally time it every Friday. This branch used to be managed so smoothly before the changes. 2 tellers on a Friday with a line going out the door is unacceptable. Waiting over 30 mins to cash my cheque is disappointing. Do better or bring back the previous manager who knew how to run a branch.

Slowest bank ever. Save your time and go elsewhere. Each time I have attempted to do a simple transaction, they only have at most 2 tellers with lineups out the door. Avoid.

Let me start with. The staff at this branch are very nice and friendly. BUT Im giving 1 star because the branch INCLUDING ALL ATMs are closed over the Aug. 1/21 long weekend! The drive trough is blocked from inputting your card and the front door to both ATMs inside is locked!? Why? Cant deposit! Very strange.

Went to use the bank machine. It did not say out of service. It ate my card. Wouldn’t come back out. The branch of closed but staff were getting ready for the day. Totally unhelpful. Had to wait 30-45 minutes for the branch to open just to get my card back. Unacceptable.

Very long lines. Not enough staff. If you need anything more than a bank machine be prepared to wait outside for at least a half hour. This has happened several times now.considering a move in banks at this point.

It’s quite a big branch but only 2 desk working out of 10 and they are very slow, not a good customer service, been waiting for more than 40 min
Not appreciated
The upper level people in this branch certainly need some customer care training but the cashiers working are fine

Great customer service! Dropped by for a quick errand and was helped right away by May. She was friendly and very knowledgeable - offered some services that I was lacking and would be more beneficial for my money.

Exactly the level of service I was looking for - super fast, in and out, high quality. Truly makes my banking experience easier!

This is a bad branch. All the wrongs in customer service can be experienced here. I think organizations should send their staff to see the meaning of awful customer service.

Bank manager Sobia Qureshi and Jan was very rude with unexcepable customer service. She has no clue about her job. I visited Toronto for few days and tried to withdraw some cash from my account. They have refused to give me the funds I have in my account. Not sure where else to report this to but I hope some one from corporate office will see this and do something about.

Bank manager Jan was rude. Had no customer service and the way he speaks to you is condensending. He tries to negotiate fees with you and disregards anything you try to tell him. I asked to reverse some NSF fees I had got while taking a vacation. I told him they would take away from my food for the week so he tried to negotiate how much fees I should pay. I received an email from bmo telling me to go in to have them reversed and he claims it's a generic email. Worst bank manager. It's sad because the rest of the staff is lovely.

People don't even know how to talk with customers, after providing my driving license she writes my driving license number on a paper and keep it whit her why? I keep my receipt with me
