The branch manager decided to confiscate my debit card without telling me. I had wasted an hour looking for it while he decided to be sneaky and keep it. Will be switching branches.

I haven't seen such worst customer service in my life. The tellers have no smiling on their face. It seemed to be a very dry and dead environment.

Terrible customer service at this branch.i called on saturday jan 07/23 and left a message with my name and tel no.and a brief message for a call back.its monday jan09/23 4: 15 pm and i have not heard back from nobody from bmo.its been 3 days im sure they were open today.very disappointed with there customer service.

It is my own experience and opinion about this branch is that if, you need some customer service when you need it most,
please DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM-They are just a waist of time and will make you so upset that you will going to ruin your day/Evening/Night.
I am surprised to see are we really dealing with Canadian Banks where customer respect and value are not compromise able or we are in 3rd world country where there is no respect and privacy.
Looks like our Canadian values are disappearing day by day but i wish we all stand behind each others to provide the feedback to concerns so we have a better customer service environment and good banking experience.
I hope BMO will take my opinion as an input and will take some corrective action to improve the standard of customer services where Canadian values should be reflective through their team members while they are dealing with clients.

BMO is not a helpful to customers when you compare to other banks. I’m moving to other good bank.

Worst customer service at this branch, I have a few business accounts and will consider to move them immediately to another bank possibly TD.
The guy working on the tellers desk has no sense of banking ot looks qualified and the manager calls him son in there own language! Employees should never talk in there own language especially MANAGERS infront of clients! Bmo management should really audit this branch! The only sensible employee they have is the Asian teller that sits on the corner wicket! She should be promoted to a manager level, Everyone else has bad customer service and dont know how to work at a bank!

Very slow service. Yes it's covid but when there is a line up out the door and it's close to closing everyone should be trying to help customers. Not sitting at their desk doing paperwork.

This branch offers horrible customer service especially during this hard time when they should be helping. I don’t even know where to start I’m so disappointed. I am trying to defer my car payments have called numerous times and have been promised that I’ll get a call back but that never happens and always being told that they have great options available to help us Canadians. It’s all just bs coming out of these so called managers. Shame on you people.

The short fat manager lady (may have been a man, who knows) would not accept my coins in order to exchange for Bill's, it was about $20 worth of coins. This branch is a JOKE
she said I needed to have an account, I think his/her name was Priscilla. Ugly attitude

Setton staff at this location will and do stereotype you. For that reason I feel that these staff members also break confidentiality activity you do in your account.
