How is it possible that you have 1 person taking customers? And you have a sign outside talking about being understaffed. How is that my problem? You make tons of money, hire more people!

Update: Instead of having the manager calling me to "discuss further", why not have them help the customers waiting forever in line.

Like most of us, we can't always say we had a great experience at a bank to make you want to write a 5 star immediately. However Sergio at BMO made that happen. A phenomenal expert who really cares for his clients. I would recommend BMO just to have a guy like Sergio on your side.

Very mediocre service in this location. Had to come back 4 times just to close a savings account. Tellers are not helpful at all.

Very disappointing experience with complete lack of support and care from staff and even more so the general manager kept me waiting for over an hour to tell me there wasn't a point of me waiting and nothing would be done further. The second time, no teller services were available even. No explanation.

Everyone is very friendly and provide great customer service. It is great that the bank machines have different denominations.

Not very private when conducting business with this set up, money is given in full view of patrons and the emptyness of the space carries sound and although there is “sofa” seating while you wait it doesn’t allow for a “next” in line organization.

Brand new modern branch! The staff here is nice and helpful. The new location is much bigger and more open-concept than the old one.
