There is old white man as security with a very dirty and very bad appearance and attitude stands at the door.my grand mother is a regular customer at branch.he was very rude and aggressive towards her.she will never go there.she will change bank.

I don't know what was wrong with the old security guy with curly hair and no teeth! While I was asking a question from him he spat on my shoes. Please be more careful about who are you hiring!

The security guard stands and grills you the whole time you’re at the machine to the point it’s uncomfortable. I’m sure if I asked him he could tell me exactly how many bills I deposited.

Then when I decided to see a teller as the machine gave me an error code i stop directly beside the line up here sign and he had the nerve to go out of his way to tell me to stand behind it, not even a quarter of a step difference. Seriously, security guard on a power trip? So unnecessary. Get a job as a door man at grimy bar or strip club or something with that type or people skills.

Never come to this BMO branch. They may need the information of your Eighteen generations of ancestors. It took more than 1 hour to send a wire transfer.

Former bmo bank customer this location is what made me moved to another bank. Terrible customer experience trying to withdraw my own money. Avoid this location if possible.

The Indian guy CSR in training said to me when depositing a check that a hold will be placed "because I haven't before deposited that high an amount". Firstly, I wasn't asking and I thought there'd be a hold anyway, but it's irritating for him to throw around unnecessary comments that are INCORRECT. I have deposited much larger amounts before. When I told him that, then it's "oh but was the check from the same person before". This kind of shifting rules that they make up on the spot (that aren't rules at all but staff just not knowing what they're doing yet choosing to babble on making things worse with each word they utter), makes it me dread walking in there again and dealing with this kind. Yet I must because you you can't even deposit a check over 10k through the app or ATM. So while stuck in this country, guess we must endure and put up with this.

I’ve been with BMO for over 20 years and have been going to this location for the past couple years. Joan is one of the best financial advisors there! She’s always so attentive, knowledgeable, and always helpful. Thanks so much Joan and BMO!

Pritul Mehta is a nightmare who doesn’t know how to properly open accounts. He has incorrect information and relays that information to you. He doesn’t know what he’s doing.

I see below that there are multiple complaints about this individual.

I’m going through the steps right now to get through to the ombudsman. This is unacceptable and if a branch won’t take care of it on their own, I’ll make sure the head office will.

Customer service at this branch is horrible. There is one CSR there that I've had to deal with many times and every time he somehow makes me feel personally attacked. 1) I needed to take out $5k in cash. I don't know why his facial expressions were harsh and he questioned why I had to take out that much money. It's my money, I can do whatever I want with it. 2) I needed a bank form done for a lease application. The bank form said to input the "present balance" and he said he was going to put the balance EOD yesterday in case I tried to move money around to look like I had more money than I did. What was he insinuating? He's not allowed to look at my bank statement like that and make assumptions.

BMO is a great bank but customer service matters to me especially when I ask people about similar situations and they have very different experiences with CSRs. Because of this, I'm actually switching banks. I've heard about better customer service from other banks.

Customer service is horrible! I’ve talked with Pritul Mehta.he was very poorly handled the situation, all he was saying No No to everything, i think all he wanted us to leave there faster, I could feel it from his vibe! Terrible for banks, I asked can you show me the rules, he refused to show anything! I should have recorded everything!

Every time I have to go to this location it’s an awful drawn out experience. Go to any other BMO and save yourself the hassle. They’re so rude.

Poor service.
CSR was sitting there doing nothing as I was waiting to be served for over 10 minutes.

She was rude.
Has a major attitude problem and likes to speak over people.
Disgusting.
