Never enough tellers at the busiest times of the day, and the branch is always trying to get out of having to provide teller services. Just hope the branch manager doesn't assume the role of a teller or you're in for a wild time with such wonderful services such as demeaning, belittling comments, or suggestions for products which make no sense to you. Maybe it's under-staffing, or maybe it's poor management. Either way, I will be giving the Georgian mall location a wide berth until they get their act together

I had a great experience here. My financial advisor Kaleigh and the senior banker Sarah were very helpful and guided me and told me everything that I needed to know and even more.
P. S Aaron at front desk was also so polite and helpful as well.

Worst customer service. Super rude staff. Would suggest everyone to bank with another bank instead. Can’t even give change if you don’t have an account. Why would I open an account with BMO when you don’t treat people properly who don’t have an account with you? Great way to get new customers!

Horrible service.one staff is working, the rest were just chatting.and rude enough to not help out nor ask what help do u need. Don't put your money with this kind of financial institution.not worth a penny.

Great service here! Came in to get something fixed on my account, and Brenda and her co-workers handled it quickly and competently. Their friendliness and persistence in figuring out the issue really made my day. Highly recommend their services. Thank you all so much for your help!

Sharon Lee helped me sort out a bunch of very important personal banking stuff and went above and beyond when compliance teams gave grief for non-standard documentation. Her help was much appreciated and made me feel very valued. The experience at the branch, as a whole, from walking in to walking out, was excellent. Great job bmo.

Neutral. BMO has "lost" my card number multiple times and stranded me with no debit card, and last time I was there I was stared down by someone as if I was a criminal for just existing. Then someone attempting to help me expected me to be a mind reader and got frustrated when I didn't respond in the way they expected. Barrie, Ontario, at it's finest.

Lora is our financial manager. She has been very knowledgeable and responds to our phone calls and questions quickly. This branch is the best of BMO.

I had to head out to my branch to handle an issue that they could not help me with over the phone. The service was excellent as usual but I was especially impressed with how this team was still providing their excellent service amid all the uncertainty. Efficient, professional and helpful as always. Keep it up!
