Wow here we gain. I just reviewed the Tecumseh Rd.branch that also earned one star. I called this branch wanting to speak to someone about opening a account. Went to voicemail no option to hold. The true message I’m receiving is we’re not interested. Two strikes and I am out.

With Online banking, I might have gone inside once or twice a year. But when I do, I can still find a friendly or familiar face and am greeted with a smile.
