ATM machines are always down, vestibule smells all the time. ATM doors are locked after hours. Get your ATM situation resolved.

I see your response.this branch is in the village and people go out after hours …Royal bank has a machine accessible out on the street.instead of coming up with a solution you are telling me nonsense.

Horrible! Absolutely brutal! Made me call twice on the same day and made me wait over an hour both times! BMO - Better Make Other plans. Shame on you as a company. Your customer service has been getting worse and worse over the years. Avoid them like them like the plague.

I love this location. The tellers are wonderful and the service is top-notch. However, they lost a star because they have one huge stumbling block: the lack of security in their ATM foyer. I stop by fairly regularly in the morning to use the ATMs, and quite often there's a homeless person camping out there. Usually they sleep through my visit but sometimes they can act a bit sketchy. There's no reason that the branch should be compromising customer security and safety by allowing random strangers to camp out in their foyer.

I have been a customer of BMO for over 10 years and my account go fraudulent charges on it I went to the bank the same day and they said to open a fraud case on my account which I did they said I can’t put a stop payment on it until the charge clears so I waited and when the payment went thru I called to put a stop payment and they said too bad nothing they can do and that’s it too bad for me
