Glad to have walked in after being directed by a CSR on the phone. Ildiko was kind and willing to ask questions of her colleagues about my request to make payments in a way she was unfamiliar with. She brought Joanna who was attentive and proactive in finding an efficent solution to my concern. I greatly recommend both of these ladies to figure out your requests. Happy with the BMO service at this branch and have been for years!

The first (and hopefully the last) bad banking experience with BMO - right at this branch. For a simple request, that specific BMO rep (an old, disgruntled soul who surely doesn't care about customer service) started asking all possible irrelevant questions in the name of identity (after I shown her my driving license). I wasted my time and left the branch without any help!
No wonder there are so many open appointments with this branch. Avoid if possible.

Manners & Respect,
I’d like to acknowledge Khrystyna Fil who is a (Mutual Funds Representative & Branch Manager).
I had recently had a discrepancy with a branch location located @ parklawn & lakeshore and due to frustrations I had initiated a (Fraud Investigation Inquiry) ready to close my accounts and refer my people elsewhere.
During our initial meeting she not only allowed the mutual respect to flow with attentive listening skills but she also demonstrated proper business & security protocols wich seemed to calm my prior dissatisfaction.
She provided a business card and ensured that she is there to assist.
I’m writing this review to let others know that
“ NOT “ all branches are the same and “ YES “ there is a difference between the level of customer service that is received even though we’d like to assume that is not so.
Awesome work ️
It would also be awesome if “ Bobby “ & “ Gale “ from the BMO Parklawn & Lakeshore location could somehow be transferred & or prompted to this particular branch. As I have reason to believe they could flourish working alongside “ Khrystyna Fil “
