I always get great service from the beautiful Turkish or Arab teller.

The personal banker inbaset is really rude when u ask her to explain terms and conditions, shes so pushy beware! Maybe try wearing something that fits your huge body, your mood will be better.

Over the last several years the staff of this BMO Branch exceeded all my expectations in my everyday banking needs. Their welcoming smiles, their efficiency and knowledge in providing banking business makes them my favorite branch. Saba, Loretta and Antony, I can't never thank you enough for making my financial life easier thanks to your smart advises. You are my extended family. I wish to all of you a very long and happy career in what you are doing the best, providing a great customer service to your clients.
I am highly recommended the BMO Branch at 141 Saturn Rd in Etobicoke.

Service is too slow. There is only one customer in front of me, but it takes 30 minutes before it gets to me.

Rude people, i worked there as a security guard, the branch manager sent me out to stay in the snow for entire day, he did not allow me to stay in the cubicle area, i was shivering there but they were sitting inside and watching me while i was suffering.people working there are stone hearted

Have been here a handful of times and I can’t say I’ve left the place in under an hour. Any request, no matter how simple, the tellers can’t seem to process on their own. Always going to the back to disappear, or ask 2-3 people for help. It’s infuriating how incompetent the workers are!

The BMO branch on 141 Saturn Rd, Etobicoke, is the best.
Very good management and knowledgeable staffs.

Horrible experience today. Went to exchange money and after 15 minutes of deliberating between 3 employees, I was told I could not do so if I do not have an account with BMO. What a waste of my time!
