Handicapped button at entry door was not functional.

Environment inside was tense. Seems customers were not happy.

Sound dB level was unbelievely high.

The judgement and assumptions from staff and the manager is beyond acceptable. I’ve been with BMO for at least 25 years. Doing business only once at this location was my worst experience in a bank, ever. I will never use this location again.

Account managers have poor customer service. They don't take your concerns seriously and penalize you at the first chance they get. They hurt your banking business activities. Terrible services.

This BMO is a fraud branch. The Manager and all the staffs should go under investigation by the Head office.lot of people having trouble by this branch specially the BMO branches in Brampton should be carefully looked into by the Head of all BMO. This PEEL CENTRE branch BMO staffs including the manager, getting people information and trying to trick customers to steel their money. I personally was affected and some of my well known people also affected. Most of the BMO branches in Brampton should know what a customer service is. Customer service is not to confuse the customers with the knowledge u've learned but it is guiding them and making them happy with at least a small thing.

I wish i could give half a star. There is no customer loyalty at all, my mortgage which I blindly renewed for the last 20 years, and is now payed off, means nothing, my investments mean nothing, my 8.82 credit score means nothing at this branch, they want me to dance through hoops because I'm applying for a home owner equity line, for 100,000, my job security, annual income and credit score is impeccable, and they are offering me prime + 1. Any institution I have contacted say based on the information here they will easy do prime +. 5 even got. 25 yes this is peanuts, but its in principal, I will not be doing busyness with this bank any more

I am banking here since last 27 years i am a business client, this bank use to be good but since Manager Roxanne left its falling a part now i only go this branch if i have no choice so many times i complaint my business manager but nothing can be done looks like they simply don’t care! Folks go other branch around don’t waste your time here unless you are retired & have nothing to do!

Been waiting in line for over 20 minutes. Watched two people walk out angrily. Watched someone ask to speak to a manger because the teller couldn’t calmly explain why she couldn’t help him. This bank legit annoys me. Lines now out the door with over 10 people in line. Expected to be waiting another 15 minutes at this rate. I love this bank but really hate going into branches. There is a reason why I do my banking online or over the phone

There is always 1 or 2 operators and everyone walk around ingro everyone waiting in line for the past year it's a headache attending this branch

It’s so sad have called over 87 times they have horrible customer service they pick up the phone and hang it up didn’t even get to talk bad service and then walk in and see them standing up laughing just horrible

They do not answer the branch telephone. Telebanking insisted they couldn't help and I had to go in to the branch but I was out of the country. They were no help. Thank goodness I had a card from another bank that were able to help. I am moving my banking. If I could rate a zero, I would.

I came to visit at this branch to open an account as in the past I had a really good interaction with Hannah Kukreja a Financial Advisor who use to work here. As soon as I enter there was no help desk or anyone to assist just a long line for Tellers and I kept waiting for someone to approach after wasting half n hour sitting in waiting area. Pathetic service!

Happy to deal with this bank. Account opening with Bharti was smooth, well explained, and with friendly customer service! I am glad closing my account with CIBC nearby and moving to BMO here!

This location is absolutely horrible. The staff takes forever to tend to a single customer, they allow people to just cut the line while customers have been waiting for 35 minutes. They don't have any responsibility or respect. Will never be returning to this location and will definitely be transferring to a different bank.

Beverly she is Unprofessional assistant manager, she mustn’t be on this position, with those reviews she must not work with BMO bank, I have never faced this problem before, will make sure to talk to you manager and explain everything, unprofessional

The majority of the reviews were right. Yesterday, I went to see a bank representative about an issue on my credit card (because that's what they told me to do on my email). During the appointment, I had to wait an hour for a phone call, in which they didn't even get to resolve my issue. Nobody picked up the phone for an hour. They kicked me out after an hour because they have another customer waiting for their appointment. They told me they're going to call and fix it tomorrow morning. No one has called me. I cannot contact the bank. This is ridiculous! How can you waste your customer's time for nothing? Very bad service. Never coming back. Will switch to another bank.

This branch doesn't even deserve one single star. Poor customer service and they make every transaction so difficult. I will never, ever, go back to this branch ever again and I will never recommend this branch ever.

There was a huge line up and staff was just gossipping and paid no attention to clients. I went to talk about opening an account but it is a big NO NOW

They don’t respect the schedule hours, Monday dec 20 was supposed to be open until 8pm and they just close early because they don’t care about customer service
