Worst bank ever. Don’t go to this branch! No answer the phone calls or email. Regret to open the account here
Besides, Do not book the appointment with Pankaj. He doesn’t have any enthusiasm for his job, his office smelled really bad and even we asked him basic stuff, he still needed to look it up. Not even familiar with the job (He knew the reason why we came here was to ask for opening the new account)
In the end, I didn’t do anything for this appointment. It really wasted my time. I was going to book another appointment with another person but end up, i decided not to open the new saving account and GIC here.

Always great service but Gail stands out from the rest & she helped me/my father out with a couple of issues eloquently & it’s very much appreciated

also off topic but i’ve read the 1 star reviews & they seem to be difficult people to deal with in general.would not take them seriously in any way.

I visited this branch today to open some accounts for my brother. The service was very quick and to the point. The staff who opened account and the bank teller were very nice and supportive.
I accidentally dropped my cash there but the bank teller spotted it after I left, a big shout-out to him. It was a satisfactory visit.

Wish I could give a 0 star review. Booked an appointment through the app with Pankaj Pawar, who was over 20 minutes late for our meeting. This is despite signing in with the teller who notified him that we were waiting. I had done my research in advance and told him exactly which credit card I was applying for. I asked for paperwork of the application I had signed, and he said that there was none and anything would be mailed to me (I've never not left the bank with a book of paperwork). The next day I looked at my BMO app only to find that he had applied for not only the wrong company (visa vs MC) but also the wrong rewards program. Seriously? ! If you want to go to the bank to make more work for yourself, go to this branch.

Incompetent and rude! Every transaction was a headache to get done! Nobody returns calls or makes the promised follow-up call. Front-end staff are openly lazy, bouncing off duties to each other and unwilling to help. NOT all of them, but MOST of them. No apologies given for mistakes THE associates make on your bank accounts. At an age when routine banking can be online, this branch makes it a point to have you haul your a** over because of their mishaps! If you like having to make at least 2 visits to a branch to accomplish anything, THIS is the branch for you. VERY POORLY MANAGED!

This branch is extremely exceptional, they are knowledgeable and extremely customer friendly courteous and conscientious.it’s wonderful to come to a branch and be treated with respect and a friendly smile. I’m very impressed. Thank you staff at 6 points.

Wow, an amazing branch. Such lovely tellers, especially Heather! She helps me with all my day to day needs, and is knowledgeable of BMO's products. Parking is always available too.

The team at this particular BMO location are knowledgeable and friendly. Banking here is a breeze, I have never had any issues getting questions answered or any concerns resolved. Looking forward to continue banking here for the foreseeable future. Would recommend.

This branch is awesome. They have always treated their customers as high priorities. Alex is exceptional and providing advice to meet our day to day banking needs. As a newcomer I did not know anything. Alex has been extremely patient with us and explained every details of all our questions and the pros and cons of each product they offer and analyze what suits our needs the most.

Extraordinary service provided by Alex and A+.

We will do banking at this branch for the rest of our life.

I banked here for 4 years. I'm pretty disappointed that instead of talking to me. Gossip ruled. I had a great experience right up to the last year. If it continues I will approach management. So far it's still off and on. Gossip should be above bank employees.

The front line workers are great. Unfortunately, the manager thinks they are special and is above helping clients because we waited 30 minutes because she was "the manager" and their personal banker had a client all while her office was empty and she just moved her mouse around.

I specifically asked if she is able to "step up" to assist her employees and clients and was told no.

Edit: I was told she was the manager but she is actually the Assistant Branch Manager. Leaving my review as is because that's how the situation evolved but her office placard says Assistant Branch Manager and the actual BM was not in at that time.

I am very surprised with some reviews for this branch! I have the most amazing banking experience at the six points plaza! Since they have done their renovation it looks so wonderful! As I walk in everyone is with the biggest smile and willing to help! Today I was served by the Branch Manager Marlene Teixeira and she was extremely helpful! Definitely will recommend the services and this branch! Really Impressed! Thank You!

With both business and personal accounts, I have banked at BMO six points plaza branch for over 12 years, the service and support level from all employees has been excellent, highly recommended.

This is the worst operating BMO, downgraded machines instead of upgrading. Staff that can't complete deposits, or really do anything useful until a 48 hour basis has passed because they are using a system from 20 years ago.

I had to do something job-related at the BMO and this was my first time going there. This was the best customer experience I have had. I was served as soon as I stood in the line. The teller was super nice and she did her work perfectly. I am really looking forward going there frequently.

I’ve been going to this location for many years. Convenient hours. They cover my basic banking needs. I usually deal with Michael or Alex who are both friendly and helpful.

As others have previously said in reviews, BMO is the worst bank amongst all the big 5 banks. Very outdated infrastructure, stone age procedures, no innovation and straight-out 0 customer service.

I went to this branch to withdraw all my funds, after I have filed to dispute 2 bank charges and nobody ever got back to me, not email, not phone, not telegraph, nothing.

Laughably, the clerk Sal, who never even introduced himself, was very unprofessional, straight out rude and ego inflated. He literally told me smirkingly “Are you accusing me directly” when I mentioned that BMO would never refund the charges. He didn’t even bother asking me why I am closing my bank account. I have seen employees at other banks freakout at my threat to close an account.

I bank with 4 banks in Canada, make no mistake this is no RBC bank. Not even close to TD Bank or CIBC. Make yourself a favour and bank with a reputable bank from this era. If you want to bank like the stone age, open an account with this bank.

Fun fact: one you close your bank at BMO they take your bank account fee for a month ahead. Just a final ripoff while they can.

So long BMO - and Sal. You will not be missed.
