Set-up a new account was easy.
Had to call into customer service very helpful also.
Also when into branch to just clarify card no also very helpful teller very helpful and pleasant to deal with

I have visited this branch of BMO for the very first time, and then went again and I love the services. It was Roshini and Mona (personal banker) who helped me with investment issue and they both were best in their job, and very nice and professional to their customers, and always did their full efforts to help me with business. I was happy with them in their work and satisfied with them. They are worthy of 5 Star. I Would like to give both of them 5star for their work and customer satisfaction. Keep it up!

I have been doing my banking at this location for years and have received nothing but amazing service during every visit. The staff are extremely helpful and have gone above and beyond to help me. I cannot recommend this branch enough.

Roshini rendered an excellent service for our mortgage application. Documents are well prepared: gave us sound advices and financial awareness. Clean office and friendly employees. Greetings with a Smile awaits at the entrance!

Fiancé and I went in to close some of his accounts and transfer them to Scotia. We made an appointment with one of their advisors which was on time however, her customer service was absolutely horrible. We were lucky if we could get more than two words out of her. The most we got was “ why are you consolidating your bank accounts into one if you’re not married”. Aside from that, majority of our answers were no with no explanation. We plan on visiting another branch to finalize closing everything. We walked out of that branch not with one bad experience but two all together from a previous time as well.

One of the worst bank experiences.
Unqualified staff, condescending employees and they are more preoccupied with the after hour plans, rather than dealing with clients needs.
Bank changes are in order. More and more fees and less service!

I had a very pleasant experience when i visited the BMO Georgetown branch last March 2. My visit was very productive for all my banking needs where done. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming but a huge shoutout to Roshini S. She’s very friendly, patient and knowledgeable.
I will definitely refer this branch to my family and friends. Kudos to all the branch personnel!

Don’t waste your time here… I booked an appointment online with regard to more information on a line of credit. Days before my in person appointment I received a phone call from the advisor Navneet Kaur saying she would rather discuss over the phone instead of in person. I did not like this as I felt she was just trying to rush my appointment and trying to cut down her office time by eliminating “unimportant” appointments/clients.

On the phone we spoke 10 mins and she advised she would call me again in two days at 10am with more info. I cleared my schedule for that time and awaited her call for hours. Eventually I got upset and Sent her an email around 4pm that day asking what happened to our appointment she replied immediately saying she would call me by end of the day. This Friday will be two weeks and I have still not heard back from her, no call no email.

This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. What if I was in a more pressing situation and really relied on her appointment for help? She is a real let down and I would never refer anyone to this branch or her. I since Booked a new appointment with my branch in Brampton for this week. Totally unacceptable, and very unreliable service. Waste of my two weeks.

Worse banking experience ever. Staff make commitments which they never live up to. Voice & email messages are never acknowledged or responded to. The Manager seems to be invisible, they have even cleverly managed to keep themself off the automated telephone directory for the Branch.
