Easily the worst customer service and interaction I’ve ever seen in a bank. Astonishingly bad. Embarrassing.

Kris Hopper is the best banker I've ever worked with. So knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and will advocate for you. 10/10, if you read these reviews please let them know they're doing an incredible job and that myself and my partner really appreciate all their help.

I have had so much difficulty with BMO I wish they would get rid of there CEO and revamp the entire company.

Nice branch. Very friendly. I have never had a bank ask so much how it was doing on it's customer service. (I have been there 3 times and was asked to do a survey after each one which is a bit much!) I almost never go in to a real branch anymore but when I do I always choose to go here.

I have been dealing with this bank for a long time, the Staff is very friendly and helpful and treat you with respect.
If I had ever ran into any issue it has been resolved very quickly. I do appreciate everything that have done for me.

Had some really bad luck and was just starting to get my head above water so to speak, 2 days before Christmas they closed my accounts then accused me of lying about payment upcoming when they could easily verify with account closed or not. My first time unemployed in 10 years and they truly kicked me when I was down. BMO really ruined my Christmas: (

As a former BMO employee, I am shocked at the lack of assistance this branch can provide its customers. This branch should not be labeled as "open" when all that is open is an ATM and one FSM. I had an American cheque to deposit nothing else, but they informed me I can't deposit it because they do not have any tellers on Saturday. Then why are you open? I am also completely aware that an FSM could log on and deposit a cheque and then log out. I know this because I am a former employee. However, this branch will not do anything to assist its customers, even after I explained why I needed to deposit this cheque today. I even asked If I could make an appointment with one of the FSMs so that they could deposit my cheque. This was also not a possibility according to the woman at the door. I did not need cash, or anything that would impact the balance. I just needed a check deposited. An American cheque that I am unable to deposit via mobile or ATM. I am appalled at the lack of assistance, that I know I would have provided my customers when I was an employee at several Toronto branches. I will not be returning to this branch, and the employees really need a lesson on how to go above and beyond for customers, especially when I had explained the grave circumstances of why I needed this cheque deposited today.

Had a few issues in the past few months, but they handled them pretty well. The staff at this branch is very friendly and helpful, but BMO call center is kinda suck.

If I could rate the company itself I would, but it's not so easy.

I called for assistance because I was asked to put in my income information when applying online for a Master Card (as a student). They told me the problem would go away if I applied for a student card. Surprise! I very quickly found out they were outright wrong, but not before they HUNG UP ON ME. So here I am on hold for another 30m.

BMO who are you hiring for your call centres? Maybe you aren't making money off students, but that doesn't mean you can brush us off. If you keep this up you won't have my business going forward.
