The staff are very nice people. They explain to you whatever you don't understand and assure that your money is safe.

This branch makes feel like changing banks.
Asked to make a cheque and got refused. Saying they had to verified the funds on my account? What kind of verification? I had no funds on hold.refusing to give my own money.should be fired.almost lost my home deposit.

Worst location want to get a bank draft. The lady told me she does not have a manager to sign the bank draft. Therefore I have to go to another location. After waited 30mins on the line up… branch manager Polina Chowdhury out on lunch at 3: 30pm, breach have no idea what time she’ll be back…

I needed to make a cash deposit and used the atm machine they have, I normally use the bmo at Albion center but this one was on my way. First and last time I go here. Made a deposit of 650$ and the machine only counted 230$ and when I canceled the transaction to get my money back it only gave me 230$ and stole 420$.

The ladies that worked there said they opened the back of the machine and didn't find the rest of my money.
They did make the 420$ deposit into my account but I was told that an investigation into the atm was going to be opened and if they didn't find the money then it would be automatically withdrawal from my account.

Pleas AVOID making cash deposits on that machine.
