My goodness the wait here is horrible. One teller on a Saturday at lunch…. Though the women Julia who did help me was great!

We came here to renew our existing BMO Mortgage back in March as interest rates were rising. We set up a meeting, discussed our options, provided all the necessary paperwork and then…. Nothing. We were completely forgotten about, emails and phone calls were never returned. So we moved our mortgage somewhere else but by that time rates were around 1% higher than if BMO had just renewed us when we tried to.

This is the best bank in Ontario period! Helpful staff extremely polite and the best darn manager period! I have a small business and I also deal with them on a personal level as well trust me 34 years on Danforth and I’ve felt with RBC TD and CIBC these banks pale by comparison to Bank of Montreal at Danforth and Ferrier, furthermore MS J. Henry is the best manager and second to none I’ve dealt with in the last 34 years! I will continue to bank there until I bank no more guys!

Applied for a credit card here, the incompetent teller inputted my name wrong even though I gave her my ID as a reference. I came back the next day to correct her mistake when I found out, and I thought it was done. Turns out my name was still wrong in their system and I didn't find this out until 2 weeks later when I got a notice saying my application had been denied due to the information given, addressed to my name spelled wrong. This bank is cringe, would not apply for a credit card again, would be 0/5 but I can't go lower than one star.

The new Indian Teller, Her name is Arti. She is so unfriendly and provide very bad customer service.

I used to love to go this location, but since BMO hired a new teller Arti, Awful customer service. I will never go back again. BMO, please call me when you guys fire her, then I will go back to this location.thanks

The staff to be helpful but their online banking sucks big time. The website is down and I have had to wait over 30 minutes to speak to someone over the phone to resolve an error they made with my account. I have wasted more time with online and telephone banking than I ever did using the machine.

The people in the whole of Greektown the danforth are rude. Especially the people at this bank I hate coming here. Properly train your pathetic female staff. So ridiculous.

Last summer, my husband died and I was at sea in confusion. Jamie, the assistant manager, was like a gift from heaven. She cared. My financial advisor, Andreas, cared, too, in a direct and empathetic way. It is all hard to explain how terrible that time was for me. Bank of Montreal, Ferrier branch, was instrumental in helping me maintain my sanity and giving me hope. Their service was stellar. They helped me understand how to effectively manage my husband's estate - way beyond the call of duty.

I had one of my most pleasant experience in this branch! Professional, welcoming and friendly staff plus fast and efficient service makes this location my most favourite BMO branch in Toronto!
