I had an extremely unpleasant encounter at this branch. The employees seem to be limited to basic tasks and lack knowledge when it comes to discussing the products. Today, I had a meeting with a banking representative who assisted me with activating my credit card. However, when I inquired about balance transfers pertaining to the activated credit card, she displayed a complete lack of understanding. She provided irrelevant information and became annoyed when I asked for further clarification. It is concerning that employees who are unable to assist customers with basic details are still employed and receiving compensation. I strongly advise against recommending this branch based on my experience.

I guess BMO is taking the grocery store approach when it comes to hiring minimal tellers. Massive line up with only 2 tellers. Line up barely moves because each person is with the teller 15+ minutes. For a Canadian bank that made annual gross profits of $26.186 billion in 2022 you would think they would consider hiring more tellers. The wait is unbearably long

Only two teller working in this place. Look like their manager just enjoy to have some nice coffee in the office without helping.

Maria, the teller at the front has the Worst customer service. Can’t even communicate with customers with some manners. You’re there to help the customers. Looking at the reviews. I am not the only one talking about this Maria person. Time to take action and get rid of her

Too much gossiping with customers.
Have to wait so long. Only 2 tellers work.

In my experience they haven't bothered to help me create a savings account which was hard for me to do on my own. Once I finally figured it out, turns out I can't transfer any money into it & I'm unsure why & they won't give any answers. I have to figure everything out on my own. However they pre approved me for overdraft protection which I do not need & the lady kept hassling me to do it when I said I DONT NEED IT. They also keep spamming me to up my credit limit via mail & notifications.

The worst place to do any type of transaction. All the reviews of how slow the service is and the responses to those are always the same “we will speak to the beach manager” when? It’s Monday afternoon, there are 10 people in the line and 2 tellers. It’s absolutely ridiculous to have a branch this busy and not enough people working. Maybe instead of speaking to the branch manager someone should come by and see exactly what’s happening over here and make some executive decisions how to fix the problem because it’s every day all day the same problem.

Rude and condescending teller during a relatively quiet time and few customers. Wonder what it's like when they're busy.

Been with bmo for years. Always had a postive outcome never a problem.
They always notified if there was anything wrong. Amazing bank, people.and respectful.
