Nobody answers the phone here, no matter what time you call or if you leave a voicemail they will never get back to you. If you want to bank somewhere that will be available for you do not choose this branch

Sunday and the ATM outside is out of order and the door to the vestibule ATMs is locked. Unbelievable!

Staff are not compassionate! I strongly suggest a course in customer service. Not very helpful to care to help others. I had a client that was homeless with a disability. I arrived at the bank at 4: 59 /5/00 depending on who’s watch tire watching and they wouldn’t allow me to do banking. (Direct deposit)

Great place to go for any questions, welcoming and warm. New Manager and work staff are great 10/10

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This bank is an absolute joke. Can’t get ahold of anyone. And when we do get through and leave a message for Mandy to call us back she never does. Disgusting how they treat their clients. We’re going elsewhere.

End up in closing account as they don't want to deposit a chq, they don't even want know consumer why are you closing account or how they can any helpful by any other means. Beware people where you are keeping your money.

Worst bmo out there just left after waiting 45 mins would drive to downtown Brampton over this place anyday terrible service
