It started off fairly rough. I initially dealt with an employee here who unfortunately seemed as if doing his job was irritating or boring. I felt extremely overwhelemd with the lack of care that i received.

I then decided to book another appointment with another agent Harrison. This man was the exact opposite of my initial encounter with the other employee. Harrison is absolutely knowledgable, confident, and understands people and their needs.

Harrison is a perfect example of the person you go to when you understand nothing and feel confused. He breaks everything down into bite size, and takes the time to explain every detail in the process.

While Harrison was on vacation, another hero stepped in to assist me when i was freaking out. (I was freaking out because in my head, the initial employee i dealt with set the standard of never responding, never explaining, and overall not helpful).

Instead of replying to my email to Harrison, Rawan made a personal call to me to explain that while Harrison is away, she will help me with the scenario i was going through. In less than 10 minutes Rawan told me what she needed from me, what the next steps were, and re-assured me that assistance is here.

Exceptional service.

Easily the worst bank I’ve visited in the GTA. They make transactions extremely difficult for their customers. Tellers and branch manager are extremely unprofessional. You’re better off going to a different location or using the ATM to be honest.

What was supposed to be an easy withdrawal turned out to be a 30 minute wait just for them to deny me my funds. Funds that were released into my account via cheque, were put back on hold for another week (2 weeks in total, when cheques should only take up to 5 business days to clear) purposely by the manager because of her own racial motives. I will be contacting the tribunal.

I have never known a bank not to take cash on SaturdayS. This has made it difficult for the people that bank on the weekends at your branch, and it absolutely does not make sense to the general public.

Incompetent staff! Unaware and unknowledgeable of their owns policies and practices. Waisted my time on the phone and in person due to poor communication and lack of training.
