BMO Bank of Montreal

Went to the branch to open a basic account while they do have all the information in the system from my previous account. I been told to make an appointment and come back in two hours because the person was on lunch. So they have no backup for lunches etc. Seems like they are not serious to get new business.

There is not even a front desk or reception where you can go and ask for basic information. They make you stand in teller line which is mostly super slow. BMOs service is getting worst. Plz learn from TD Bank.

Thanks to Dharmeshwari and Pricilla for knowing actual meaning of customer service unlike other BMO branch. They made sure customer is been well taken care of.

Wait time is too much and staff speak so loudly that there is no privacy at bank
