The staff at this location seem
unknowledgeable when it comes to assisting clients. The last representative I spoke with named did not assist me with my request and wasted my time. I came to close an account for an individual and the agent named Brandon Araujo I spoke with had no knowledge in the closing accounts I needed. I don’t understand why I was booked with him in the first place if he couldn’t assist me with my inquiry. He did not greet me nor was he friendly and I did not have a good experience.

Why did someone from a branch I've never been to email me to tell me I was preapproved for something? Please do not spam me. I am not your customer, nor do you make me want to be when you do these things.
UPDATE: I was cold called twice more this week. Meaning they've been doing this kind of thing for over a year. They really don't care about your privacy or your consent. Stay away from places with shady practices like this.

I had the worst experience. 02/13/23 asian teller around noon. After inserting card, i thought machine told me to remove card. The “do not” was blocking my vision from the barrier. It was my fault entirely. Teller told me why i removed. I said sorry i thought it said remove card. He told me that now i have to restart everything. I said sorry my fault. He said now its gonna take a few minutes. I said sorry again. Then he told me next time if i cant see ask first. Then i finally answered i said sorry already. He a lil bit acknowledged but still blabbing it will take time. Then he transferred me to another teller. I know there are stupid customers, i’m one obviously and there are rude customers, i was not. But im pretty sure i met a very rude teller. Please educate him how to handle stress and how to deal with people especially when he is in a customer service field.

Poor customer service.
Wouldn’t let us deposit a cheque with two names into a non joint account with both people present.
Walked across the street to the TD (the bank of the other person on the cheque), and they made the exception.
