BMO Bank of Montreal

The worst branch, employees and branch manager very rude and need more training. I've been a customer at BMO for 7 years. Never got any rude treatment at any other branch.
They need to know how to treat customers especially if they are already customers for long time.

Worse location to be at. I don’t have an account with them, its for my work account. Whenever you go there is a long queue. They can hire more people but no they choose to make customers wait for hours. Persian clientele is alot here and trust me they will talk off topic despite looking at the customers waiting. Manager won’t care to come and ask. If i could I would avoid going to this branch. It’s been 2 years am working in this mall and it have gotten worse.

I am so appalled at the lack of customer service shown by this branch. I have called several times into the branch because I have an emergency situation where I have to make a payment. However, every time I call in, the number goes directly to a voicemail service. I also called the branch manager, and his number also went to voicemail. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. This is the third time and I am compelled to write this because a branch should have emergency services ready for customers who have emergency needs.

Earlier today, we went to the bank to resolve an emergency issue. To ask a simple question to Safoura, the manager. She must have had a bad day because she behaved very rudely and disrespectfully.
