BMO Bank of Montreal

A BMO machine malfunction decided to eat my card in tilbury. Tried to get a new card with no help. It was suggested the info I had to prove it was me could be stolen. Including my drivers driver's license with bank notes. I had to go to my home branch. My home branch will have a verification procedure that wallaceburg could of done. Such a inconvenience that had nothing to do with my actions.

My husband and I have dealt with the Bank of Montreal over 35 years now in Alberta and here in Ontario. We have always been treated well but I must say this branch in Wallaceburg has been the best. Sarah and her team are wonderful, helpful and kind.

I find that the staffing very
friendly and helpful.
Always willing to extend ther help out
to our community in almost every area.

If you are not a member of BMO,
don't you think it is time to smarten up.

Just kidding around
but really I do find that the this bank
is top notch and I can respect that.
