Terrible service. Staff would not let me deposit a cheque on the weekend despite being able to do so at different BMO locations. The staff at the counter were too busy having a conversation between themselves instead of serving their customers. Avoid this location especially if you need service during the weekend.

It doesn’t make any sense if you need me to book an appointment for a business and let me wait almost an hour when I arrive just at time. Then what’s the appointment for? Don’t waste my time

The banch service line keeps forwarding my call, they seem impossible to reach. It also took me a week to activate a line of credit, when it should've taken 48 hrs max

That blonde old lady at the front desk was quite unprofessional and rude during my interaction with her. If you don't want to ruin your day, don't go here

The staff is impolite. The blonde lady around 60 years old is very rude and unprofessional.

I lost my debit card and went to the bank to get a new card. The worse experience I ever had in BMO.blonde old lady around 60 years old was pretty much just giving excuses to not help me and said I should go to other branch. She was on the phone with her phone carrier instead of helping me.

This by far the worst BMO location ever. You ask for the employee to do something for you and they reassure it has been done but in reality it hasn’t. Extremely disappointed at this branch

Probably the worse customer service I’ve ever seen! Got unauthorized transactions on my account and the bank teller (blonde old lady around 60 years old) was pretty much just giving excuses to no help me and said I should go to other branch. Then this same lady told me that I got these unauthorized transactions because I use my debit car to buy groceries and she said it was not safe. UNBELIEVABLE!

I need a backdraft but was told to come back after 30 mins cuz the other manager hvnt arrived yet…
Staff can’t communicate properly btw
Wasted my time and half an hour parking
The one at Leslie got much better service
Not coming back anymore

I have a business account at this branch and I cant wait to close it. My banker never takes my calls, never return my calls, never reply to my emails. This is the same even when a 3rd party contacts her for information like my Payroll Company. I only get her when I repeatedly try and then when she responds, its with an air of "why do you bother me". She makes it seems as if she is doing me a favor and NOT as if she works for and is paid by customers. It has reached the stage where I never contact my branch again; instead I have established relationship with another Rep from another branch who I call or email if i have an issue to resolve. Very bad customer service.

The staff in this branch disappoints every time. BMO really need to train the staff here with basic banking principles and customer service. Multiple instances where staff said that it cannot be done and i had to visit other branch to get it done:
1. I asked them to setup standing instructions for the monthly bill payment of my credit card from other bank account. Staff told me that it is not possible as bmo credit card payment can only be done from bmo account else contact other bank to disperse specific amount every month. I was shocked to see ignorance here. Called bmo customer care and they setup quickly
2. Next time i went to order my business account debit card with my name embossed and they said it will only print ur business name and not ur name. Got it done from another branch in few minutes
3. Asked them to enable interac transfer for both members of my joint account with spouse. Staff said that only one member can get access to interac transfers. I asked then what is the purpose of joint account to which attendant told me to call customer care.

This branch is near to my home so have to beat my head around every time hoping to counter a trained employee.
