Overall had a good experience. Steve was very helpful. He helped me open my bank account and provided all the details i needed.
While i know it's one of the tactics to get customers, it would be much appreciated if all the conditions of special offers are explained beforehand.

The worst BMO I have ever visited.
I opened a checking account, 1) they added to my account the wrong mobile number and I couldn't get to my online banking 2) they didn't provide me the user ID and couldn't get to mobile account. 3) I wasn't provided a copy of the agreement and other bank details.anything!
I should make another appointment to fix all this.
Please educate your staff about how to work and provide good service.

I understand that it's a part of your job to socialize and talk to your customers. I came today at around 3pm when it was not busy and there was only myself waiting in line. There was only one teller working, at that point, she had already finished dealing with the banking needs of the customer she was serving, and she was just conversing with the customer for over 5 minutes, even though what I wanted to get done wasn't urgent, it was just frustrating to wait there. I left eventually and went to the branch on Bloor/Bay since the teller didn't know how to cut off the conversation and move on to a waiting customer that had actual banking needs to be resolved.

This is the best branch I have ever been too, I can’t thank Maria and Ryan enough for their help during a really hard time I was having. I will always be grateful to you, thank you guys so much and God bless.

I have banked at this branch for over 20 years. The tellers are superb and run the branch. The managers come and go and generally are inadequate at sorting out issues. For me personally, I could not have had better service for my banking needs both commercial and private.

Pathetic experience visiting this branch today evening. I went here to open an account at 4.55 pm where the customer service representatives (a lady and a guy both seemed in their 20s) were causally chatting with each other. When I asked them if I can open a bank account the girl started with the procedure however the male colleague interrupted and said it’s 5 mins to 5 so can you come later sometimes or go to the nearby branch of BMO even though the working hours are till 6. The funny thing is i went to the nearby branch and even got my bank account opened. How do two branches of same bank can have such different attitude towards customers.
