Brutal customer service. The guy there with the scar on his forehead only wanted to get away from the customers to avoid work. BMO is going down the tubes!

This branch has become very angry towards most customers. Used to love this branch for over 10 years. I would avoid this branch especially if you want to request cash.

Really really disgusting. The manager asked me to wait for services and finally after half an hour said no and make unable to reach another branch because at Friday evening. Don’t go this branch at all. Depressed to have my money here.

The manager Jeff at this branch is racist. He started by asking me which country I belong to and why I am in his branch. I told him I was visiting my son in Oakville and needed to deposit cheque in my account. He point blankly refused to deposit the cheque and said I should go to my home branch which is in Brampton. Then he started to interrogate me and started asking questions about my son's address, his job, his employer.
The account belongs to me why was he asking questions about my son. Then I heard him saying to one of his colleague that these people have made a mess in Oakville. I want to know what did he mean by "These people". Clearly this person is racist and BMO supports such people. If not then BMO should fire him.
I read the previous reviews and many of them have stated similar experience at this branch, which all point to the racist attitude prevailing at this branch.
BMO needs to take action since this is a serious matter. Discrimination and racism cannot be tolerated.

We have always had good service at this branch and have found the managers there to be very friendly. We met with Daniel today and he provided excellent customer service and was very helpful.

All the negative reviews and comments about this branch are true. Horrid experience doing a bank draft. Gentlemen who’s apparently branch manager has not concept of handling unhappy customer. The tellers did a much better job. Shame on him and this branch. BMO should really look into the consistent poor reviews at this branch.

Worst service I received at this branch. I went in to request cash, the Teller told me that he is only authorized to give a fraction of the amount, but the manager can authorize the full amount. The problem was that all managers were in meetings and I have to wait until they are done. WHAT? I asked when will they be done, he said he did not know, and asked me to take a seat and wait, after waiting for more than 15 min already. I asked if one of the managers can step out to authorize my withdrawal, he said no. What kind of customer service is this? I ended up taking what he can authorize, then maxed out on what I can get from the ATM machine. Absolutely not acceptable, this never happened at TD bank. BMO needs to step up wrt customer service, or will risk me pulling out all my accounts and moving them to TD.

It was my first time coming to this BMO location and never have I experienced such bad customer service. The teller, who I believe was named Amir, was incredibly condescending and rude. On my way out of the bank another customer said he couldn't help but overhear our conversation and that he avoids this teller everytime he comes due to bad experiences in the past. Clearly it wasn't just one bad day for this teller.

It's great experience for having Chinese service in this branch. Thanks Tina and David, I really appreciate your excellent service and patience

Refused to withdraw $2,000 cash with an excuse why I went all the way from Etobicoke to their branch (WHICH IS 15 MINS AWAY FROM MY HOME).

I expect my identity to be verified when I’m visiting another branch, which they did via photo id, both of my cards and then they called my cell to be sure
I didn’t expect to then be interrogated by the manager
What are you buying?
Why can’t you use your card?
You drove 4 hours to buy that?
Why not e-transfer?
Why didn’t you withdraw this amount from your branch before you left?
Can you show me the ad for the thing you’re buying?
By the time I got out I wasn’t sure of my identity either

Horrible branch to go. I was told by the staff not to come to this branch and do banking to other.his very rude.

Worst service. We had appointment booked at 5pm. Even after waiting for 45 minutes, there is no one to attend.

Absolutely horrible customer service, the 1 star is not even warranted I only put it because its mandatory to submit a comment. Teller here is very rude.

Complete lack of service at this branch, we opened new business bank account for our freight brokerage, was told to come to any branch to pick up a bank card and the employee working 5: 45PM on 11/18 made up a reason of the top of his head as to why he can’t give me my bank card.

I walked into another branch and got my card no problem
at all.smh!
