BMO Bank of Montreal

The branch has a nice new ATM. Unfortunately moved to the outside wall next to the entrance. Inconvenient to use in rain, snow, wind. No roof overhang or canopy above. I understand why is that (it's not a shelter, but pretty bad for customers use this way.

Poor experience! Went there to open business account and Spencer at branch told me he will open it on Monday and send me documents to sign. He did not send anything and is not answering or returning calls. Branch manager should call me back!

I always get very good service here but today, I would say the teller was exceptional. I couldn't get what I wanted today unfortunately but the teller was most helpful and apologetic and although I was disappointed, I wasn't annoyed when I left.

I can’t believe you guys turned people around before 6. People were freaking out today because of needing to make payments and you guys just turned them around

One of the worse bank locations ever, spent over a year getting a run around for a small loan for hearing aids.
I’m a client with BMO for 15 years and have great credit yet this was so difficult for them.meridian decided to save the day, in 7 days. 3 different BMO staff members (including a manager) and couldn’t accomplish anything because they kept loosing my information and passing me around.

Avoid this branch if you can. I should have stuck to my home branch (bunting)
