Toooo slow process for every thing done in this branch. Only two bank tellers are helping clients most of the time so you have to wait forever!

I called last Friday to make an appointment to do some banking: open an account and do some investing. I left 3 messages for a callback to my phone number, because no one ever answers the phone. To this day I received no callback. Will be day 6 by tomorrow. I called again and left another message. What kind of bank is this? Do they not want more clients or clients with $ to invest? Maybe they have enough customers and don’t care. I think I will continue to deal with my bank at TD Canada Trust. They are VERY reliable. They always answer the phone and if they don’t, they return my calls same day. Time is sensitive especially when there’s investments to be done. BMO, never again. Don’t deal with this bank! If I could give it a 0 star rating I would.

The system books appointments the employees are not prepared to accommodate. We showed up for our appointment at the agreed upon time, that no one knew what it was about and the person we were supposed to meet with was not available. Eventually someone asked us to come back tomorrow which since we had made arrangements and taken time off from work we were not prepared to do.

Unfortunately this bank is closest to me so I’m forced to use it. No matter what time of day I come, there’s always a lineup. Consistently spend 10-15minutes waiting in line. For the past >8 years. Management needs to do a better job with HR, and providing help during busier times. Brutal.

We’ve been banking here for 19 years. Always amazing service. The woman that have been working there for that long, all know us and our families. Which now also bank here too!

This branch has been so helpful during difficult times of loss. Teena has been so wonderful, kind, and knowledgeable about what would best support my family’s matters and my personal financial goals. We couldn’t be more thankful.

Slowest branch. Now with more relaxed layout of this branch no one wants to work at all here. Very unfortunate I do banking with them.

I have had the worst experience with this branch, to put it simply, I have received better customer service in third world country banks than I did at BMO.
Recently, a fraudulent made his way into my online bank account (how my credentials were leaked is still a mystery as I do not share or use them on ANY laptop, only on my iphone). And this fraudulent was able to transfer a sum of money in an unauthorized manner.
I called customer service the same minute, but they did not do anything to stop the transactions.
After going to the police and filing a report, I visited the bank in a state of shock and anxiety, I did not hear a word of apology or sympathy from the bank agent “Tina”.
Instead, she asked me what would you like me to help you with? My answer was in bewilderment: “You should be telling me the steps I need to take here to keep my account and property safe! Replace all cards? Change credentials? ” I asked her multiple times to add my police report case number to my file, but she dismissed it, I insisted as the investigation takes place in a different department and it is not up to this person to decide if this piece of information is important or not. ”
Then, on my next visit to the bank, the same agent questions why I am there, and explains that they would call me after investigation is through (she decided that most probably I won’t be reimbursed but I do not need to go to the branch, they would tell me the news over the phone! ”

This is completely outrageous, insensitive and I plan take this to legal authorities when the times comes, I just want everyone to know this is not a trustworthy place to keep your money.

Booked an appointment online a week in advance, got 2 notifications. Show up and the bank is closed for renovations. Waste my time and make dealing with my mother's death just that much harder. No answer from any of the contact numbers on my appointment emails. Very disappointing.

I was honoured to meet and work with Teena. She saw us through an incredibly difficult time and went beyond her job description to help us. People like Teena are the reason why companies are great. Teena and Team have turned me into a lifelong BMO fan - 11/10 recommend. Thank you for looking after us and for making a difference.

Worst Customer Service by Banker - Nidhi Bardolia. Zero Sales expertise. I had to get my account closed with them due to their service. Worst Newcomer package offered by the banker.

I would say it’s so disappointing for the recent visits. It used to be my favourite branch that everyone was so friendly and helpful. Everything changed now. The teller was meant to do a wire transfer WRONG which ruined my order, they did not even apologize but asked me to rethink it is my problem that I should’ve done the wire by myself online, instead of making them too busy in the morning! Now I am considering moving my account to another bank.

The worst. I have been trying them all week to make an appointment so I can open an account and nobody answers the phone. I have left messages and nobody returns my calls. Most of the time when I call it redirects to telephone banking.

If there were negative stars, this bank deserves it. Horrible service. Went to pick up cheques and the girl that had the key to the drawer was on lunch and apparently had the key with her? I asked the Teller when she would be back and she had no idea and didn’t offer to call me back when someone would be available. Also the lineups are extremely long and there aren’t enough people working. I always have a horrible experience. Management has step in and make a change

9 people are stuck in line. Only 2 tellers were available and both were stuck in difficult cases. Still waiting after 35 mins
