I want to thank Laura M for taking the time with me today at BMO St Thomas. She was kind, considerate, thorough, knowledgeable, and unbelievably patient. Laura got everything done that I needed to do, which was a LOT. Thank you Laura!

This bank stole one thousand five hundred dollars out of my account there thieves and criminals! I will be changing banks at the end of this month.

This branch is awful. Long waits. You get no privacy because it's an open desk you sit at when talking to the tellers. The people standing in line behind you hear all of your banking business. I miss the old branch on Elm and First.

Went to deposit money into the bank after hours as I was not able to get there during banking hours. Well to bad for me as the doors were locked. Hope the bank is going to pay for the overdraft fees!
