We went 4: 50 we did a queue to apply for mastercard when we were in front of teller they told us they can not apply mastercard because they are closing (and there were more people waiting in the queue around 5)

I opened a joint account with one of the bankers Ajay, who was great. Had a great experience with him.

Then I needed to also get a line of credit. I had all my documents submitted to one of the other bankers Kajan. He reviewed the documents after 3 days and told me one of the document was not valid. After a few back and forth between him, my document, the manager, I had to tell them it is in fact valid and they need to double check.

It took them another 4 business to process something that was so simple which was their mistake. They never apologized for the mistake nor were they emphatic for the delay. I had to call BMO customer service and contact the manager to have this looked into, because Kajan was very slow in this process.

Shout out to the Branch Manager to reach out to me in regards to Promitional issue. She actually took the time to go over my account and understand that I DID everything that was needed (1 day forgiveness). She took the time to explain the detail and got a SOLUTION. If I was to recommend a BMO branch, I would talk to this branch manger. Don't go to the one on Mainstreet Markham.

Very dishonest and unsatisfied visit.
I first opened BMO for the 300$ promotion. Doing everything needed to qualify. Went into this branch. The personal banker Moncia, was no help and all she say is NO NO NO. Well, my visit was to solve the problem, not to tell me everything doesn't work. Sometimes it's not the promotion, it's the service and attending to HELP the customer that counts.

Can't even sort out the last name of the customer, very bad service, especially the manager's attitude. Suggest the manager study more about other country's culture.

WORST BRANCH EVER!
The employees are always sitting in their phones but can’t help a costumer when they are in the need of it.
Costumer service is terrible they speak amongst their own language which is Tamil.

Worst customer service I'd ever dealt with, my bank card hasnt been working (worn out), I went in to ask for a new one, and the teller, a very condescending young man, argued with me that my card was fine! And that because I had no balance in my checking account was the reason it wasnt working. I'd just finished explaining to him that I'd transferred my balance to my prepaid travel visa so I could access it. He continued to insult my intelligence and refused a new card. I was blown away, he should be fired

Any time of the month, any time of the day they are always understaffed. On average the wait time will be 20minutes and it is ridiculous. They need to priotize their management and get more front line staff members, probably one of the worst banks I have been to.

The Lineup is unbelievable. It has become less in recent months, because i think many have moved to other institutions. Customers are constantly complaining to the manager. Poor fllow is apologetic but said that the decision to have only two tellers at a time is from Upper management. Sometimes if one teller is at lunch, then you have one teller and many people just leave.because the wait is intolerable.

There were only 2 tellers even though they had 7-8 counters. Expect a long wait time if you plan to visit during rush hour. Besides it's a regular bank with okay customer service.

I like the services providing there. Anisha patel (financial services manager) helps me alot. She is rarely good and helpful.

Horrible service. Only three people working right now. The line is so long and only two tellers. I asked the lady at the front desk to give me a new bank card and she said I have to wait in the long line instead of her helping me when she was done with the coustume at hand. Point is she could have helped. This is my first time ever here. I just opened an account and I think I may just close it once to get to the teller. Because this was a horrible first start here. One guy came out I asked for his help and he walked away pretending not to hear me. But everyone else heard me.

Worst BMO branch ever. Many people waiting in the line and the teller or the Manager don’t care. Teller don’t care even if you complain.
