I had already been to a couple of banks in order to investigate about opening my business account.

Shortly after getting there, a kind, courteous and attentive teller spoke with me, and she showed me Ms. Rose Song’s room and introduced her.

Rose is truly a professional, patient, tactful, friendly and supportive person.

Not competent service from a specialist! My husband contacted this bank today to change his phone number in the system. Well, really, a person working in such a field cannot enter 10 numbers correctly? My husband showed the number on the phone that needed to be entered, and instead of 77, she put in 11. Tell me, are these numbers similar? And these are people with higher education! A shame. My husband had to stand in line again to get back to her and point out the mistake. She said that she changed the error, but the wrong number is still displayed in banking. If nothing changes by tomorrow, we will look for penalties!
