BMO Bank of Montreal

ATM is no longer accessible outside of branch hours as the vestibule is locked. Used to be able to use the ATM at any time. What kind of bank doesn't allow customers to use their ATM?

Honestly fantastic staff and always super friendly but for the love of God I work in bars and restaurants and rarely have the opportunity to get in before close you need to add a card scan so we can access the atm when needed as I make trips just to be let down by a locked door

Amazing and wonderful staff! Doing business here was easier and simpler than I ever imagined! Such an accomdating bank and a comfortable branch for home.

I love the customer service at this Branch. The staff are very kind and friendly. I have been with Bmo forever an never had a problem yet.

Words that describe BMO bank as a whole; stingy, horrible, chicanery, and leeching off of their clientele. They are the worst in the industry and when they put out a promotion, well be sure it is nothing but a big scam. If you are considering opening a new account then do yourself a favor and go to CIBC, SCOTIA, or TD Bank.

They are a fraud! Don't believe anything they say cuz they lie thru their teeth! I can't believe I let them play me like that. Don't start an account here if u want to keep ur money!

Very slow service, high fees for basic accounts compared to other banks, and charged me 1 month bank fee plus 5$ to cancel my account. This was 3 days after the monthly bank fee came out. Any opportunity to get a quick buck of customers. Save yourself money and get a Tangerine, TD or literally any other reputable bank account. Would not recommend to anyone.

Allen went above and beyond to help me with my issue with my BMO MasterCard. Very impressed with the level of customer service.

I would like an Operational manager to call me to talk about the horrible experience my husband and my handicap husband and I experienced at this BMO bank, not a manager from that bank a manager from the corporate office they need to know how we were mistreated they really should know this and I would appreciate it if I was personally contacted before I write a bad review, as it stand I don't recommend anyone to bank at BMO especially this branh.

10: 30pm on a Saturday night, every bank is accessible to withdraw money except BMO, how on earth do you not give me access to my money, and then to boot i had to pay an additional $3 service fee for withdrawing money from another bank. BS

The employee turnaround here must be extremely high. The staff are not very knowledgeable. Even the manager seems clueless. We have a business account there and they are not knowledgeable about some of the most basic request and procedures. I also find that the BMO website to be very poorly designed.

Bank Manager at this branch is an idiot.do not open accounts at her branch or give her credit for it.go to another branch she is a piece of work
