Worst banking experience ever. My wire transfer did not sent to correct account, she missed one number. She did not do her job correctly.

Stressful process on fixing that, and had to pay extra fee to Scotiabank to ammend it.

Do not recommend this location sure.

Honestly, not great.

We went in to deposit a USD cheque to our bank account, did not say a word about cash. However, the CSR brought out 12 dollars of cash and said that we said we wanted cash…. Dude, it’s okay to make mistakes at work, but own it, learn the lesson, and don’t blame it on the customer or anyone else okay?

This is just a really poor representation of the BMO service.

The tellers are very nice however BMO continues to invest in fossil fuel projects that are accelerating climate change, harming indigenous communities and exploiting its customers and the planet for financial gain. Two huge thumbs down.

I've been coming to this BMO location for close to 10 years. Everytime I come in the customer service is excellent. Today I dropped in and was helped by Nicole who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and made my complicated request simple. This location is always very clean and tidy as well.

I would reccomend banking at this branch because staff get to know you and your banking needs!

I have been a BMO customer for over 30 yrs. The customer service I received today was terrible. I had to call to move some funds and have nothing but the run around. Told I could move funds today by one staff and 3 days by another. STILL NOT DONE. And now on hold for the past 20 mins waiting.again! Very dissapointed.

Had such a great experience today at this branch! Was greeted instantly and Erin provided excellent and efficient customer service to me and my dad. Thank you Erin for a wonderful experience.

I had a very good experience at this branch. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Mr. Troy Chen was great providing excellent financial advice and services. Thank you all for the time and patience during this tough time of the pandemic.

Everyone at this branch has gone above and beyond to respond to our complicated and time-sensitive banking issues. I would especially like to commend our account manager Misha and branch manager Alex for their rapid response and help in arranging our affairs. Highly recommended.

I am obligated to give them ONE star even thou they don't deserve any. Very unprofessional to say the least. This branch isn't the bank that I would get financial advice nor would it be the branch that I trust them with my money.

Had MULTIPLE bad experiences with this branch (for example, they missed a zero on an important time-sensitive cheque). Still with BMO, but I take my banking to a different branch.

Unfortunately I have to leave a poor review.

I went in to BMO get some advice on which credit card product I should apply for. The associate neglected to inquire if I was a student or not before the application process. Instead I asked why I haven't been asked if I was a student during the report when the only employment options were (1) Employed or (2) Unemployed. Obviously I was declined a credit card.

Now I have to wait ~6 months to re-apply for a Mastercard product or my credit score will be impacted, as per the information I received in the follow up call from BMO credit services.
