Big shout out to Daniel in personal banking, who went the extra mile to ensure my mortgage funds were sorted out for closing. He understood the severity of the situation and did the work required to make it happen! Thank you!

There were 3 tellers and they were all moving at a glacier pace. I stood waiting for 15mins and left to go to another BMO.

Do yourself a favor and go to the Bayview BMO because they are much attentive to their customers there.

Downgrading to a 1 star today because I had a very confusing experience trying to pay a balance on my account.
The older gentleman on desk at 12: 50pm-1: 05pm today didn't greet me after I put in my 4-digit number. I said hello first and asked if there was anything wrong with my account. I showed him my email BMO sent me to verify it wasn't a phishing scam. He TOOK my phone and now I have to sanitize it because he didn't ask for permission.
He was looking at my account now holding my phone and swiping around on my phone.
Another staff member who probably came back from lunch came to help (?) and they were whispering what was going on in my account and the other staff member left.
Then there was silence. I asked "what exactly is going on right now? "
And he said he was paying the balance on my Line of Credit from my Chequings without me telling him how much I wanted to pay off.
So thank you I guess for paying the minimum balance. I left very confused and I have been with BMO for 11 years. This is poor customer service to loyal account holders.

Worst customer service, Worst management and only one person working telling stories with customers when there is a big line waiting. Do your business elsewhere, save your time! One of the worst branches of BMO

Staff person was efficient friendly and helpful. I've had good experiences with this branch over the years.

Not a big fan of BMO; however, I've only had good experiences at this branch. It's hard to get a hold of anyone at most of banks. Harun is one of the few bank managers that actually picks up the phone and responseds to emails in a timely manner.

I go here almost every day and the service these people over here offer is the best. Undoubtedly the best customer service you can receive from any other branch. Very friendly and helpfull staff.

Useless, unprofessional and very bad attitude. Not being able to maintain communication with customers and providing horrendous customer service. Will never do business at this location ever.

Best location ever. Very good customer service. Many changes since they opened. For some reason they close door and have security working as a door man. Sometimes problems with parking

Please read this before going to this branch. First BMO needs to review this branch! Poor product knowledge, poor customer service, why even have a breach when manager of branch don't know what product/services they offer. BMO recoach your employee. I can't believe rep said we don't sell this product very often. Whats the point of selling/offering a product when you don't have product knowledge. I suggest customers to visit different bmo branch.

Undoubtedly the best service I've received ever at a Branch. You are greeted with value and always taken care of with honesty.
Andrew and Faraz are extraordinary! They helped me get my business finances on track, helped me invest my money and I bonded with them on a personal level.

Worst branch ever I have visited. Too rude customer service representatives and they tried to provide fake information. Just wondering why BMO use such employee who don't know how to deal with customer. Never gonna visit this location again. Suggestion to BMO: review the employee behaviour.

Just called and their branch voice mail is full and cannot accept new messages. As others have said, the free parking is great. Other than the cheap mortgage rate I received, I would not select this bank for any services.
