I never had problems with the Bank of Montreal they're pretty good and I've dealt with the Bank of Montreal since I was 18 years Bank of Montreal is pretty and it's the only bank I trust

Customer service is pleasant to deal with, several positive interactions over the years. However, the poor state of cleanliness in this location is troubling. Door handle in the vestibule has a layer of black hand dirt. Someone spat half their lunch above the debit machine on the right side. The hand sanitizer up front… really? Every single staff member in this location walks past that festering yellow hand sanitizer petrie dish daily right? Everytime I’m in, it’s in the same state. Wouldn’t even dare try using it.

I have my new credit card & premium saving account set up there. Very efficient and professional service.

Update: Second time visit here due to my card's suspicious transactions. A lady helped me contacted the credit card center and solved the problem very quickly. Thanks again!

Worst bank I've ever been to. I went to close my account. The guy I talked to took my debit card and said he closed it. However, I saw that it was still open the next day and because he took my card they couldn't help me over the phone so I had to go to another branch in person so they could close my account. I also had to wait in a long line where many folks were elderly and had to sit because of standing for so long. If I could give zero stars, I would! I had to waste a lot of time calling twice and going to two branches to close one account.

It's not good. I was supposed to have a phone meeting, very disorganized, no one called me and a generic email informs that it is actually in-person, not what the rep agreed to/booked. The main line doesn't ring (voicemails only) and reps do not answer email or phone. Very unfortunate service I suffer from illness and cannot leave the house, easily fatigued.

I had the best service here than any other BMO branch. I was unfamiliar how to send wire transfers but the lady (A. Haddad) and the supervisor (B. Ghadie) were exceptional. Unfortunately I did not get their first names but I wanted to let the powers to be know that these individuals were top notch. Thanks for the service!

Atm ate my cash deposit, has been 3 weeks and keep getting told it will be a couple more days. Try to call and they don't answer the phone or return my calls. Will be closing my account when they give me my money back.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Only 1 person before me in the line. They are quick and proficient in my honest opinion.

I’m trying to apply for a product. The guy not getting back to me as promised. Tried to reach the branch several time and no one answer. After reaching customer service, I was told my file is empty. I’m in a loop now that no idea where are my documents are.

This branch by far has been a godsend, and I am not even a client of BMO. My actual bank rejected a cheque I wanted to use to pay towards a loan and passed me onto BMO because the cheque was issued from my insurance company via BMO.

Went to BMO this morning as soon as they opened and was told the same thing that I need to do this via my home bank because I didn’t have a bank account with BMO. But before sending me off, the branch manager Jenny is an absolute Angel. While I was talking with one of the tellers, she went ahead and called my bank and left a message regarding my situation and she vouched for me. She could have just simply told me to go back to my home branch and not did what she did. That is an above and beyond service I’ve never had at any bank. Not even the bank I’ve been banking with for over 15 years. This alone is legit enough for me to pack my bags and move everything to BMO because of this exceptional service.and I just might in these coming days.

Bmo at Bank and Cecil was a great place to bank.when I had money that is. However 15 months after being hospitalized and becoming disabled. No income for 6 mths. At the very first sign of trouble. They took the opportunity to be heartless, aloof and very demoralizing and patronizing. Sorry, but no stars can't be posted.

If you are looking for a professional mortgage manager, don’t waisting time. Just visit Benjamin Murphy in the branch. He is the best to help buyers.

I went to withdraw some money today and the lady at the counter took about 15 minutes to preform the task.even though i presented my card and put in my pin number, she demanded a photo ID. I was just sitting there watching her busy typing (not sure what she was typing for 15 mins). Very unprofessional and seemed to have a bias against certain kind of people.

The best place for banking I ever saw. Clean and very cool environment. Kind staff, they really take care of their customers. Sharon Armour is so friendly and helpful. Thank you guys. As much as I saw you are managing there a great team work.

The BMO on bank street has great customer service. They greeted me with a smile and they do their best to answer any questions that I have. I feel welcomed in this bank. Thank you for this wonderful experience

BMO Bank and Cecil provides very poor service! Nevermind how often you call for advice and they will NEVER reciprocate to return your call. They say they will return the call at the end of the day but it never happens! Maybe I should change banks again?
