Received great service and help from Darleen at this branch. She took the time to explain all of the necessary details to me during our appointment, and assisted me with everything I was looking to get done that day. 5 star service for sure. Thank you Darleen!

Please do not visit this branch. It is always issues. Read all the reviews. Unfortunately it is always bad customer service and issues in many things.

It is the closest to my house so I need to use it sometimes but I try to avoid as much as possible

Worst experience i ever had, i come here to do deposits for my company. Their machine broke and the guy kept blaming on me that’s it’s my fault that he got late to do his job.

Couldn’t ask for better service. Totally cut above the rest. Service with a smile. It really does make a difference in which people you deal with. Thank you Barrie Mapleview. Class act. Especially the teller.nice guy.

Extremely pleased with the customer service provided to me by this branch. One staff member in particular "Jordan" went above and beyond his necessary duties to assist me with an issue. He really had no obligation to do so. I'm very gratefull to Jordan and all staff at this particular BMO Branch. Which is why I completely switched Banks. Its these types of people I want managing my money.

I also believe, the "Big 5" canadian banks need to be reminded from time to time who they work for. And who there customers are. Looking forward to a long and prosperous relationship with BMO.

This has to be the slowest bank I have ever been to. The tellers are so slow and will chit chat all day if you let them.

Not happy with money going missing out of corporate business account. Loyalty is everything, this needs to stop. I surpassed my competitors by being the honest business. Businesses that aren’t loyal don’t last. I want this problem fixed asap.

Manager Mathew Doane did a great job! Came up with helpful suggestions and came through in the end.

Today I visited there to get bank statements and Jennifer serviced greatly. I go there when I need and all of the staff is very helpful and do their job well. I am very satisfied:)

I've had excellent service wth this branch up until today. Because of the excellent past service I was stunned to have them tell me that I would have to book an appointment a week away just to open to new accounts for my two girls. I was so annoyed that I just about told them to forget about it and that I'd take my business elsewhere, but because of the previous great service I decided to cut them some slack and simply send them a note expressing my dissatisfaction. This public comment is part of that expression. Sort yourselves out BMO or it will be more than a star on a public forum and some unkind words you'll be hearing from me. EDIT Just as I hit the key the person I usually deal with at this branch reached out to me (after speaking with the branch manager) and got me an appointment in an hour. See That's the service I know this branch for! Here's your star back!

Not as friendly and helpful as waterdown BUT for a higher volume bank it’s pretty helpful. Still feel like a number.

Everyone at this bank rules! Any problem with my accounts that I have ever had has immediately been fixed with no fuss. Ten stars out of five
