Has a wonderful staff of kind and helpful persons. Their locations are very clean, comfortable, friendly and beautiful. Michele is the best business banker in Aurora, she greets every client that walks in and will do everything to help her customers have the best banking experience.

Today I was at this branch, I truly appreciate SARAH (Persian lady) she helped me a lot about my stuff and even she spoked with the manager to try to help me I wish we had many people like her instead of some people who just say No to the clients.

Nadia Ilyas. What can I say. We were desperate for a line of credit and she showed less then compassion for my case. Never replied to my email when I asked to rescheduled my appointment. Super professional! Will MOST DEFINITELY not be returning to The Bank Of Montreal.

The staff at the Yonge St Aurora branch are professional, friendly and very helpful. I've only been a customer of theirs for one year but in that time they have consistently exceeded my expectations. It's a pleasure banking there.

Omigod, these people stink! Customer Service is a process of avoiding speaking to actual customers. I phoned their direct number 3 times and pressed all the correct menu buttons and still can only get into a hold line at a central call center. "Customers.we do not want to deal with you! "
