There are 9 customers waiting in line for 20 mins. Only two tellers are working and they spent a long time with each customer. 3 other staffs in the office are just chatting with each other. Poorly managed and inefficient branch.

The worst branch of BMO to deal with. I went to the branch to make a US Credit Card payment with a 50.00 Canadian cash and was told I couldn't make the payment because I didn't have an account with BMO. The Teller didn't even attempt to help. She was just lazy. Then I went to the branch at 2450 Sheppard ave east and the Teller Kevin was very helpful. He went the distance to try and help me. He and the assistant manager Abul helped me. He took the Canadian dollar and converted it to US and made the payment to the US Credit Card. HOW DIFFICULT IS THAT and the Bridlewood location didn't know how to process it.

Unprofessional and incapable staff, especially the branch manager who was rude even though he was the one who gave wrong information.

Long version: I had an appointment here to update the legal name on my BMO accounts. This branch totally disregarded my appointment and I ended up waiting around like a walk in. Then none of the staff knew or wanted to do the account name change for me. I eventually asked for the manager and the guy literally tried to hide behind another employer in a glass walled room saying that I needed an appointment which I did! The bridlewood mall branch manager then gave me misinformation that I needed to forward my information to BMO's central security office which is untrue.

I ended up going to another BMO branch where that manager checked my docs and updated my account name directly in the computer system within 10 minutes. Really, if you can't get it done online or at the ATM, save yourself a headache and try a more capable branch so you don't end up like the multiple reviewers here warning other customers to avoid here.

And BMO Central if you're reading this, close this branch or at least replace the manager with someone capable and willing to train themselves and staff.

Never ever being able to get a call through to this branch. You listen to all the options and finally they ask you to leave a message. And I did, at least twice, and they never called me back. Frustrating to be the least.

This location is hit and miss. The lines are at times too long so I usually just use the ATM (when I can). Some of the tellers are pretty friendly while others not so much. It is however a clean and professional location and is situated right by Metro and is easily accessible from the entrance off Bridletown Circle.

Just contacted the BMO customer service phone line regarding accumulative charges on my already-cancelled bank account and got transferred to talk with the Assistant Branch Manager at this branch where I initially opened my accounts years ago. The lady I talked over the phone had really POOR customer service, insisted to speak in Mandarin and was not interested in helping me to solve the problem at all. Really bad attitude that I've not experienced in any banks/branches over the years. I don't know if this reflects the average customer service at this branch but definitely this is not what everyone would expected. Funny thing at the end the whole conversation solves nothing at all - instead the only thing she could suggest to me is to talk to another branch. Waste of time & energy.

I’ve been to many BMO branches and this is by far the best one in my area. The staff is friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient.

Now everyone is switching to online banking or use apps on their phones. But sometimes things go wrong and you need something a little complicated to be done, and there’s nothing compare to speaking to a real person.

Having someone greeting you when you come in, listening to your problem start to finish, and finding a solution if even it means bringing it to the branch manager, and just doing everything in their power to help you and solve your problem: this is the epitome of excellent service. Best of all, none of this is at an extra charge. You can really believe that they have your best interest at heart.

A big thank you to the staffs and the branch manager for helping me today. Your professionalism, integrity, and immense kindness will be remembered. I’m so lucky to have such a well-managed branch close to me. All my banking needs are taken care of here and I will bank here for the rest of my life.

Dealt with branch and assistant branch manager on two separate occasions and had to deal with an uptight attitude followed by runaround answers while they figure out what’s going on with my issue. If I were you, I’d avoid this location completely. If you do go though however, the advisors upfront are super friendly but if you happen to come across assistant branch manager Ou Yang, request LITERALLY anyone else to assist you or you’ll probably end right back up here leaving your review.

We have talked to 4 consultants here and all of them did excellent services for their clientele. Always a long queue to the tellers, and more tellers are not that eager to work. You can see it in their faces and how they react to customers. Still giving it a rating of 4-stars because of the customer satisfaction from the consultants.

I may not have had the best service every time. But this location tries to do the best they can, despite the nature of the people who visit here. Good job!

Waited 20 minutes at the front of the line in an empty branch only for another customer to cut in front of me. Teller said nothing and still processed them. I was appalled and walked out in disgust. I guess I'm not a valued customer. Will be closing my accounts and moving my funds to another institution.

The teller that helped me sneezed twice, into BOTH hands before handling my documents. Now I have to figure out a way to sanitize my paper documents. Seriously disappointed and disgusted

I booked an appointment online and showed up on time. The lady (her name is Siva) told me, the advisor I booked left already. I have to book another appointment again coz no one is available from now until the branch close. WHAT? I lined up 30 minutes to talk to the teller, the teller helped me find another manager to solve the problem immediately. So, what’s the problem with this Siva? She’s not even asked other manager to help me solve the problem. I am not sure about the service in this branch but this Siva is highly NOT recommended!

Very very poor customer service.
First i wanted to book an appointment i called the branch more than 10 times for a few days no one on the branch picked up the phone to talk.when you go inside of the branch all of the employees are kind of sad and angry at the same time. No one wants to talk to you and solve your problem.

They are lack of experience and wouldn't give any better ideas for client's request. You have to find your way and tell her how to figure it out. Never saw so poor attitude without patience!

Received fabulous service at the Bridlewood branch. Employees seems to be very passionate in helping the customers. Managers are always on the floor & assisting customers. Love the service!
