Me and my fiancé just had a appointment with Vivian Yang, she didn’t greet us, we went and sat in her office and she told us we should call instead, and that’s it. She said if we call, someone on the phone will do it faster. She offered to give us the phone number and as a joke my boyfriend said it’s okay I’ll find it and she said yeah it’s easy to find online.we had booked an appointment with this lady just so she tells us to call online! Drove for 30 mins to this branch because we got an appointment with them! Like this is a complete joke!
I really think you guys need to reconsider who you choose to work for you guys…

If I can give this location a -0 i would it’s not even worth a one star. Perfect location to get racially discriminated and told to leave because i wanted to withdraw money from my account that I have done multiple times, I was told that it was suspicious and that a check needed to be verified but the check was already verified two weeks ago. WORST bmo ever. BMO should considered closing this location or changing their employees. I’d never experienced such terrible customer service and discrimination in my life.

Terribly slow service. I was the only one here and I still have to wait 30 mins to just deposit a cheque.

Terrible branch. After being given the worst customer service possible after inquiring about a mortgage I decided to go elsewhere. The employee told me she was TOO BUSY to send me an email with required documents after I scheduled an appointment with the branch.

Poor location. Waited over 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment. Staff also seem very annoyed when you have any additional banking work to do above and beyond the basics. This branch is 5 minutes from my office, and I purposely will travel to other locations to avoid the staff and experience.

This is the slowest bank I’ve ever been to! Waiting 20-30 mins is normal at this bank. If I could avoid going her I would but I can’t

The worst customer service that I could ever experience in my life. No one is willing to help you, they don't seem to know what they are doing and they are very RACIST. They only speak their language and accept people from their own culture. I was waiting to see Vivian Yang for 1 hr and 30 min and after waiting for so long she walked out of her room and asked me to go to a different branch because she doesn't have time and said "I don't have time to take you go to different location I am busy with a client" when she was alone in her room!
I wish I could rate this bank 0.
