Completely incompetent “financial advisors. ” Wouldn't trust them with your finances. You’re better off searching the BMO website yourself, considering when you book an appointment with an advisor that’s all they do as well, without actually knowing or being able to explain what anything means. Time sensitive emails go unanswered or replied to days later and when you go into the bank to get answers they are rude and condescending. Will definitely be looking to transferring my money else where

I've been a long time customer of BMO, around 15 years or so. A year or two ago I opened a safety deposit box at this location with no issues. About a month or so ago I went in to empty it, and close the safety deposit box account as I didn't need it anymore. Everything was handled smoothly and I signed forms indicating that it was going to get closed and handed in the keys.

As of a couple days ago I noticed I was charged for the safety deposit box. BMO's service to their customers have really fallen apart in the recent years. Be wary if you choose BMO as your next bank.

I attended this branch without an appointment in regards to several issues that arose from a different branch, as well as, the customer service phone line. Once I was there I requested to speak to the branch manager. Shortly after I was invited into Mr. Jose Lozano's office. He was extremely helpful and professional and despite the fact that I did not have an appointment, he took the time out of his day to not only resolve the issues for me but he also explained what had happened and came up with solutions for me. Superb customer service!

Poor customer service. Most banks welcome you with a smile at a minimum. I had Kristina as a teller today and her client experience was poor.

Opened a safety deposit box. I enjoyed the free coffee while waiting and I’ve never had a huge wait here. I appreciate that the people in offices are generally doing loans and investments, always appreciate it when I see one put down the paper and come help the line. Parking is easy, drive thru ATM is awkward to reach but maybe not for someone in a smaller car.

My one qualm with most BMO’s is they claim to have these great ATM machines that spit out all bills but they rarely have 5’s since I guess most people take those if they are there. I would prefer 20’s, 50’s, 100’s myself.

It was our very first experience with BMO and I have to say it was Great!
Couple months ago, we decided to have our mortgage with BMO through the Appleby & Dundas branch and the whole process was very smooth and extremely professional. Amanda and Ishak did an amazing job from day one when we had our first appointment at the branch until the day we signed final paperwork of our new mortgage. We were also granted free banking for one year which was very convenient! We can definitely say that we made the right choice by switching our mortgage as well as our banking account to BMO and we highly recommend the branch at Appleby & Dundas with special thanks to Ishak our Mortgage Specialist and Amanda our Account Manager. You guys are THE BEST!

I don’t know why the reviews are so bad for this branch, but it’s the only one I go to. There’s never a line and I’m in and out in less than 5 minutes. They also have Jolly Ranchers. Why go anywhere else?

You don’t want to start your day at this location. I waited 25 min in line with only 2 person ahead of me. Only one person at front desk while 6 others sitting in office. Horrible management
