BMO Bank of Montreal

I trusted the schedule posted on here but when I arrived at 3: 45pm on Sunday today, it's closed already

I have dealt with BMO for a very long time and this is the first time I have ever had such a nonresponsive attitude. So far they have ignored one email from BMO online and 6 phone messages, all marked urgent.

Why even bother having a phone line to this branch? I would rate them negative if I could. If you want a branch who does not meet your needs and never responds to you, then this is the place. Save yourself a lot of hassles and bank elsewhere.

The man at the front could not have been ruder to me. Talking down to me, as if I was five years old. I can guarantee he's not talking to men that way.

I am a customer of BMO and I couldn’t be happier with this bank! The amazing staff who work at this location especially SHAUNA RAMDAS this beautiful woman who helped me today and was so kind and amazing. I will forever be grateful to you Shauna and will always include you in my prayers. Thank you guys so much and God bless!

Always received great and speedy service on weekdays regular hour. Special mention to Jacob, Diana and Riya. They are always helpful, execute transactions with speed and accuracy. Banking on Thursdays and Fridays extended hours not so great. Staffs at time can be rude and would raise unnecessary questions and doubt even though the transactions requested are of monthly occurrence, had they bother to check the history.

Not enough tellers. Almost ten clients in line and only one teller. Took more than 15 mins to get to my transaction!

Amazing customer service by Christian, 10/10! There was a mix up with a foreign currency order I had in and I was concerned I would not have the currency before I left for my trip, but Christian escalated the solution and fixed it within 1 day, also followed up by phone and by email to make sure I had everything I need.

Won’t allow me to make loan payments online. Even during Covid they require me to physically go to the bank with a cheque to make a payment.

Recently got a commercial mortgage for a 20 unit apartment building in Toronto and Jeff Delorey who is a rep with BMO offered great service and help. The whole process was relatively easy and they came back with the best terms and loan amount. I look forward to working with them on more commercial deals, would highly suggest talking to Jeff Delorey if you are looking to purchase any commercial buildings.

This is a very beautiful location of Bank of Montreal but they have bright bright LED panels that are a little hard on the eyes at times!
the Bank of Montreal might be owned by Nesbitt Burns but it's a great place to do banking one of the classic Canadian Banks they have a great partnership with air miles and friendly staff that are always trying to do their best to put you first no matter what location period but special thanks to this great spacious location in the heart of the downtown financial district with big Banks all around this is a very beautiful location wide offices and lots of great stuff to help you anytime of day whether you get air miles or not but you really should LOL have a wonderful day and make sure to invest your time wisely especially remembering that your time is worth money so BMO is VALUABLE always a place to go ️? ️

I was very disappointed in the service, I went in to speak about my resp he's given the current situation. I've been saving for my children for 10 years and I've lost 25% already. First I was told they couldn't help, then they said they could help me, then I was told that there's only 10 minutes left and she wasn't going to help me they gave me a phone number and told me to call back on Monday.if this is a reflection of how you treat people when there's a bad situation I don't want to be a client of yours even in a good situation.

Every time I visit this location, I have to wait for atleast 20 minutes and when you get your turn there are questions they don't have answers for. They say that they will follow up but they don't.

Friendly staff, excellent customer service in the branch. I have dealt with the Asst manager who wears a head scarf and another two reps named Tarek and Jacob, on several occasions and they have always gone over and beyond providing great customer service.

Great staff here and the customer service is amazing. I was going to close the account however Diana (I believe that’s her name) really helped me out and gave me good advice. Super friendly and sweet! Thank you!

It’s 2019 and we’re still experiencing racism? My friend went in today and was unfortunately subjected to Jade’s insipience. She had lost her bank card and brought in 2 pieces of ID, a drivers license and a passport. However that wasn’t good enough for Jane. She believed that the black lady had to be involved in fraudulent activity. Jade asked security questions, all of which were answered correctly. But Jade continued to ask her to write her signature on a blank piece of paper so that she could match them up. I have never seen that happen before. Since when is a PASSPORT and DRIVERS LICENCE not sufficient identification. BMO needs to do better.

The staff are great, but for a business hub, the lines are terribly long. They do not cater to those doing business banking.

Excellent customers service, helpful and available.
Staff considerate all customers and satisfaction is the first priority.
You can ask them "stupid" requests and they reply with consideration and tolerance. Very great.
