Although this not my actual branch I have only went to this branch for 10 years, since Mary at Parkdale retired. I'll concede that this is not a high volume branch as some of the reviews have stated but during this pandemic I've seen crazy lines at other banks and never waited long here, during or prior to covid-19.
As for the rude customer service review that is just not true. I am personally not a big fan of BMO, had my issues with them as a bank. The ONLY reason I bank with them is the people at this branch. The tellers are just amazing and nothing but friendly. I prefer entering the bank to do my banking compared to machines and I'm in there at least 3 or 4 times a month and never once heard a rude comment to anyone. Like I said I only bank at BMO for those tellers and haven't had a bad experience once, even dealt with Arej several times and always a quick and pleasent response.

I have used this Branch since moving to the area. The staff is friendly and helpful.

At 1: 20 pm today Nov 13, I went to this branch to do a no-book banking transaction. I had my coat on with hoodie cause it' was windy and cold outside and I had on my mask as per Covid safety protocols. An older male behind the desk, who spoke like he could be the manager of the branch and his office is to the immediate right of the entrance, told me to enter as I thought the branch was closed bec the sliding gate was drawn to within 4 feet of closure. As I entered, he told me to take off the hoodie. I complied but after I became angry bec removing a hoodie is not a bonafide requirement to make a deposit. It suddenly dawned on me I was racially profiled! He saw my skin color and assumed I was there to rob the place. I will never go back to that branch again. My South Asian sister who served me saw what happened. I tried to broach the subject with her but she pretended she could not hear what I was saying or afraid whatever. Very disappointed in her lack of empathy and disappointed that a branch manager is allowed to treat people of color with such disrespect.

Very slow motion branch. I’m so unlucky since those employees are my luck in that BMO branch! BMO is good but not this branch
