Literally every service or product they offer comes with a fee to use. They give you a line of credit but don't provide anyway to actually use it; no card to access machines with, no access to online services, and can't use your credit card and then pay it off with LoC because they charge a huge fee. It's essentially useable. Seems like the entire purpose of BMO is to charge you fees for the bare minimum of service.

Employees are extremely rude, wont answer the phone until you call them on repeat 10 times, then get rude with you and hang up before your service has been fulfilled. Complete joke of a BMO STAY AWAY

I went into this branch today to follow up on an account update I did at another branch back in December 2022 which didn’t take place.

Sunila helped me personally. She listened to my problem, paid attention to what I was saying and spent a great deal of time with me making sure I was satisfied with each step of action she took. She explained clearly the status of my account and my options. I was frustrated when I went into the branch. I came out very happy and satisfied with the resolution.

In general I know the BMO as a bank with no customer service. However, this branch is the worst. I have been in many BMO branches but this one stands out.

I believe, BMO does not requires any training for those who are being hired. There should be at least a minimum knowledge of banking for someone who works at the bank.

I wanted to get mortgage funds in a form of a bank draft, I provided the letter from the BMO mortgage funding department with all details and no one seems to know what they should do.

For every simple banking task, they ask several people to come and check their monitor and can not figure it out and the next person will be called and the same situation.

Go to other financial institutions.

I usually don't go out of my way to review a branch as I expect a consistent superior experience from these big banks but I wanted to give recognition for the excellent customer service. Always a pleasant experience conducting my day to day banking. Lina the branch manager is very professional and informative. This branch is out of our way but would always make extra drive - worth the time and effort.

Pathetic experience dealing with Branch Manager. Spent 3-4 hours at bank to resolve the issue. Hasan, the branch manager had no guts to say even a sorry for keeping me on wait for a long time. That’s the brand BMO.

BMO is my favorite one. I am dealing with BMO for 19years. All staff members are very pleasant and helpful. But today I had a disrespectful experience from one of the staffs (Selvarajah) I think she is new. She was rude and does not know how to deal with customers. This was my first time unpleasant experience from a staff at BMO.

Terrible bank with no customer service. If you call and leave a message they don’t return your calls. When they promise to call/email they don’t actually follow up. Because this branch cannot get it together I’ve now got two missed payments on my record when I’m trying to buy a house. Thanks for nothing

Had a horrible first time trying to buy a home dealing with Rebecca only to realize you guys are making it way harder than it needs to be a lender had me approved much faster and didn’t make me wait 2-3 weeks when I was told 24 hours.was lied to multiple occasions now and am going to be leaving this garbage bank you guys need to learn to process mortgage apps and not lie to customer and to treat young people better. Update I have reached out to this responder and no response it’s all for show. Go to another branch this ones a mess.

Terrible experience. My husband was supposed to be signed up in BMOs new start program but due to the advisors lack of knowledge he was signed up in a regular account. Advisors lack knowledge on how to help new immigrants. Very disappointed as I persuaded my husband to join bmo

There is lady her name is Yasmin, she is so rude. The way she talked is not nice at all. She is not professional.
I think she should get fire soon.

This banks service never seems to surprise me, it's the worst, from customer service to understand their own product to pushing things off to another date. Huda is extremely unprofessional.

Didn't get what I was promised upon opening my account here. I have been there twice, and they have said they will call me once they consult the issue with their manager. Never called back.

EDIT: I am not trying to contact you/them by phone. I went IN PERSON, TWICE, time at which they let me know they would call me when they looked into the issue. Never called.

Got to be the worst managed location ever! Staff takes forever to make deposits or withdraws. They all seem to be confused or lost.the teller was checking couple drawers for 15 mins looking for a form she couldve printed off according to her. They do not value your business nor your time. STAY AWAY!

I have been dealing with this branch for my personal and business financials since 2011. The staff is great and helpful. Even if they don't know how to help they will keep looking and get back to you. The staff is knowledgable and they provide accurate advice for your financial matters.
On one occasion I asked the teller about my business account and she wasn't sure of the answer so she promised to call me later with an answer. She called 10 minutes later with a prompt answer and a professional manner. Thank you all for the great service and keep it up!
