Wanted to send a money wire. They could not finish the wire didn’t tell me why. So I had to withdrawal 1000 dollars in 50 dollars amount as for some reason there valet wand not working. Wasted 45 mins for nothing
Took my money went to my bank put money in sent wire in less than ten minutes lesson learned.

I left a message weeks ago and no one ever returned my call regarding my existing mortgage. When I phone today, I got a snarky response to my concern that I have to wait 2 1/2 weeks to get an appointment, other than the Friday afternoon of a long weekend slot that I was offered. I got better customer service from a department store regarding a $58 order. This guarantees that I will not be renewing my mortgage with BMO.

I would request that you open on the weekend. My required service today involves a teller, I don't want to use the machine. My job doesn't allow me to visit the bank during the short hours you are open. I perfer weekends. Please.

We recently went to this BMO branch to deal with banking matters regarding our dear deceased loved one. We do not do our banking at BMO so we made an appointment and met with Marlene. She is a certified personal banking professional. All of our concerns were dealt with in a very effective way. Marlene was warm and understanding to our loss. She managed to sort out everything for us. She also understood all the laws and rules protecting our loved ones privacy. We are very grateful to Marlene and this branch for taking care of us at this difficult time.

Bmo hours is rediculus, u guys are like a holiday bank, opening from 10-4. C mon, evrybank opens frm 9-5. I am not dealing with bmo.

Avril at the teller needs an attitude adjustment. I'd avoid going to her. Kept giving attitude for no reason. I was politely letting her know that I usually don't have a problem with my request. I rather drive and go somewhere else.

Really horrible customer service at this branch. Have been a long time customer for 35 years, but have been slowly transitioning my services over to RBC due to the lack of service and care at this branch - particularly from Marlene Leonardo (on the personal side) and Judith Deonarine (commercial). All requests or attempt for help were ignored or unanswered.and never received any proactive outreach or communication while at this branch on ways they could help either personally or with my business. Would strongly suggest you try another bank.

Huge shoutout to Bella Puzzo at Custimer Services. She had a smile on her face all the throughout the transaction, attended us well, extended love to my 4 yeara old daughter, understood our financial needs and gave us a 'Wow experience'.

So happy and lucky to be her.
