I have been to many many branches over the years, and this is the number #1 BEST BMO location in Ontario for Customer Service. Although there is one teller who has been there for a long time I am not thrilled about, I just avoid them, and the other staff makes up for it!

THE WORST BANK EVER, I WENT TO DEPOSIT 2 BUSINESS CHECK AND THE MANAGER WAS TELLING ME THAT NEED THE SIGNATURE BECAUSE MY CONTRACTOR FORGOT, NOW HAVE TO WASTE MY TIME AND GO BACK TO MY CONTRACTOR TO GET SIGNED. CONSIDERING MOVING MY ACCOUNTS FROM THIS GARBAGE BANK AND GO WITH TD BANK. I WISH COULD GIVE 0 STARS THE BRANCH MANAGER, VERY RUDE AND INEXPERIENCED.

This branch is the worst and bmo is HORRIBLE! They have been holding my 2k check for over 2 weeks now! They even called my boss and company asking them to prove I work for them and to show me on the payroll WHICH THEY DID Embarrassing the life out of me! My boss then laughs at me saying “ your bank does not like you”. So I set an appointment to speak with my branch, a woman named Maria Angela’s finally calls me ONLY TO SAY she will call back and have a manager handle the situation and never calls back. AFTER THE FACT I WAS CRYING ONBTHE PHONE ASKING THEM TO RELEASE my money SO UNPROFESSIONAL. My son died 3 months ago and them holding my check made me late on all my bills. This company is a disgusting!

Joy was amazing! She was smart and very professional as she was the only one who solved my problems with online banking that for a week no one could figure it out. I admire her as she was very patient, polite and professional. Thanks to her and especially to this branch and the way that they treat people.

Booked an appointment to sort out some business that can't be done with a teller, then arrived to find that the person I was scheduled with was not working that day and it would be over an hour to wait for anyone else. This was clearly BMO's mistake, not mine. Nobody apologized, or said anything remotely sympathetic. In fact, when I showed my email confirmation of the appointment and expressed that this was a fairly large inconvenience because I'd had to arrange child care to attend the appointment in the first place.the response, verbatim, was a fairly hostile and defensive "well, what do you want me to do about it now? ". Reading other reviews, it seems like this is fairly normal customer service at this branch. Not sure I'll be back, either for the business I'd scheduled the appointment for, or for anything else.

This branch deserves no stars. Management should have been renovated with the branch. The management here, in particular Abul Alam, is beyond incompetent, discriminatory and passive aggressive. The teller at this location, Dustin, went above and beyond to assist me and resolve the situation. He did what management is paid to do. Reading the other reviews, management is an obvious problem here, BMO needs to do something, this hard-working community deserves much better.

Very professional and pretty representative specially Anna helps me with my accounts. I was feeling sorry about that much troubles but she nicely explain me everything and provide me the files I need as well as I have issue with my online banking login. She's so patient to guide me with nice attitude. All the problems solved in flash. Nice experience for the day!

Do not come here if you have any problems with your account. Awful customer service, awful manager. I came in to reverse a double payment of my rent, due to a glitch on the website. After having spoken to BMO on the phone, they told me if my landlord sent me proof that only one transaction had come through, they would be able to reverse the second charge in branch. However, I was told there was no way to do this, and when I asked to speak to the manager, he yelled at me and made threatening gestures and told me it was my fault. I've never been treated so rudely by a manager in my life. Even if he was right (which he wasn't), this is no way to behave as a manager. The teller was far more polite and helpful.

Poor number of tellers at this location that cannot properly service customers. Tellers often draw out customer interaction in attempts to create sales, further slowing the line. Poor experience.

I will close all my accounts as they are absolutely unreliable Bank and staff. I moved all my accounts to BMO about a year ago and since I only got disappointed extremely thereafter.

Awful customer service. I had an appointment with Maria Angeles, who did not call me as she was supposed to, or accept my phone calls or emails when I tried to follow up. When I tried to get in touch with the bank branch, no-one responds. Very clearly the people at this institution do not care about their customers.

Yi Shi was very helpful setting up my account and loan, was able to accommodate switching my phone appointment to in person, answered all my questions, and was quick but thorough. Great customer service

Worst business account experience. I couldn’t increase my daily withdrawal limit from 500 to 1000. I have been with BMO more than 20 years.

Absolutely “trash” the supervisor called Abdoul will assist you with the worse service ever try him,
bad attitude, unprofessional he smashed my papers to the table twice because i lost my business account pin code and before that i had an issue with my personal account and he gave me that bad attitude again i think its time to lay him off if this happens one more time i will close all my account with BMO worst banking experience i had ever!

Booked appointment with an adviser in this location. When I went there, waited for a bit and told me the adviser was not available because they found out that she extended her leave. Would‘ve appreciated it if they called beforehand and told me about the situation so nobody’s effort was wasted. Moving on, now they told me to reschedule it, I said yes cuz I had no choice. Now a week after, they called, sure, told me to look for this another adviser since the one that I originally booked is not again available. Then 5mins later, called me again and informed me that I need to reschedule the appointment again because the adviser he referred is not licensed to talk about my certain concern. Now that’s a substandard kind of service.

I’ve been a good customer to begin with, no issues or whatsoever with this bank, but then I felt like I am treated as not as important. I am hundred percent dissatisfied with the kind of service this bank offers.

Me and my friend booked an appointment for today at 6pm. We arrived ahead of time and was told the rep already left for the day @ 3: 30pm. No phone calls or email from the rep to reschedule. Very non profession and no respect to clients time.

5 star for Sheila, -1 for whoever deposited my cheque.

Yesterday I was depositing a bank draft and the lady who deposited my cheque had no desire to assist further, while I said I didn't want the bank draft held. She said she would call the issuer bank after I left? I was right in front of you, you should have done that while serving me. She didn't end up taking off the hold. I worked as a teller before, and I knew how further you could help a customer to overcome the hold. You could have checked my account from back to the end.

The next day, I called in. Sheila looked into my account immediately and gave me a callback and took the hold off. She understood how to validate the customer and tried her best to provide them need to me immediately. I able tofinally was use money to pay off my bills.

Held my bank draft again without notifying me. Told me 7 days since May 17. Now 27th.still on hold.

Bad service.

Worst ever branch. I’ve never experienced a worst service at any BMO location like this one. This branch is run by a grumpy manager who doesn’t smile and walks around like he rules the planet! Like the boss so like the employees there. The front line isn’t friendly either. Visit any other BMO branch except this one!

Customer service is welcoming and staff are friendly, wanting to update all the promo available to take advantage, when line is long people from the offices come out and help. Showed they care for customer service.

I wish I can give lower than 1 star for the service I got today. First, I was at the very front of this long line up. The manager put me on wait at the left counter and wait for nothing for about 15 minutes. Second, I asked for my void check and T5 for 2018 but they asked me if im looking for T4? Then They gave me a T5 paper under a stranger ’s name:). They can’t wait to send me away by their horrible customer service and I have to asked for my void check for the third time and finally this time they print it out for me! Only the manager knows what they are doing.:) I wasted 47 minutes today on getting my T5 and void check! Cool! I won’t come here again!

Met some of the highly qualified banking professionals at the branch who have been providing great customer satisfaction continuously. One of the Financial Service Manager, Surbhi Bhatti is very professional and take her job very seriously. She will always try to recommend the best product that suits your current financial situation. She will never hesitate to assist the clients standing in long queues. I wouldn't miss the opportunity to write about the Branch Manager, Steve Ganesamoorthy. He is very welcoming and helping person. I have always seen him helping and supporting clients. He is always available at the floor to deliver exceptional service.

Worst customer service, very unfriendly and i am surprise they still have clients.just lost me today. Very judgemental staff, very rude. If anyone cares, please wake up since there are other banks out there that are more friendlier and very respectful of your business.
